A late-evening booking so not too surprising to find the restaurant almost empty - it's early days I think. Plenty of good things on the menu - French bistro classics such as onion soup, steak tartare. A good crottin chaud with red peppers on grilled sourdough with a taste of honey. Pheasant special was a little underwhelming, I'd say needed a little more flavour and a little less cooking - but then we were quite late. Reasonable value with the discount, but I'd paid before I realised it hadn't been applied (although waiter mentioned it earlier in the evening). Definitely worth another try though.
