    Where do I start!! - It took a full half hour for the waiter to take our drinks order - my martini was not a martini!! Oysters were not cleaned properly- although fresh and tasty. Sherry vinegar had hardly any shallots . But my scallops with cauliflower and blood orange was utterly disgusting. The staff did their best to be friendly and attentive but the kitchen let the experience down. I will never go there again .

    Gazette delivers on all fronts—great food, warm atmosphere, and excellent service. My friend and I had a wonderful night, thanks to the attentive staff, especially Sian, who provided exceptional service and prepared my tartare with care. The octopus was a standout—perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The lively yet relaxed setting made the evening even better. A spot I’d gladly return to.

    We had to book a very early meal before concert so it was empty! But staff were lovely Food nice but I didn’t like the fact that they dished up my steak swimming in in the shallot sauce( in fact I think they might just have dumped some of the soupe d’oignon on it! Very thin - not a sauce! )Much better to serve in a jug to add as you wish. But partners lamb delicious

    A towering stack of caramelized yellow peaches topped with a creamy nut sauce, resting on a spiced cake base and garnished with sliced apples.
    Grilled steak cooked to medium, served with a fresh salad of leafy greens and crispy French fries.
    Caramelized pineapple topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of rich cream, offering a delightful balance of textures.

    I cannot fault anything. Simply the best place to dine and has been by far the best one yet in a long time and a good start for the year. It was our usual family weekend lunch but this made it the more special!

    Had only been to the cosy Chancery Lane branch before, which we like a lot. This new place is gorgeous. Well positioned with cosy seating areas along with lots of natural lighting if visited in the day. Service and food dependably pleasant and reliable. Thank you! We will be back soon.

    Amazing decor and vibe in the restaurant . Lovely greeting and service from Samir and the other male server . Amazing attention to detail and splendid food . Will highly recommend

    We were warmly welcomed by Siam the duty manager & the restaurant was very busy. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, thank you to chef Mousa & All of his team. A most enjoyable meal & we look forward to returning very soon.

    A starter (pate), a main (roast chicken and mash), a cheese plate, a karate of Cote du Rhone (table) for £70 after the Forks’ 30% discount. I guess I’m out of touch with what value looks like these days

    great service from friendly staff. the restaurant was empty so it was very quiet. I can imagine it could get quite noisy in there at peak times. the food tasted very good and with the fork discount was good value

    ANOTHER FABULOUS MEAL at this modern, bright restaurant. Warmly greeted by SANTINO the manager, who was ably assisted by Mahammad, we throughly enjoyed our food. The service was as we have come to expect from previous visits, TOP CLASS. The food was cooked to perfection, thank you chef Mossi & your team, everything was delicious, especially the AMAZING ONION SOUP. Using the discount available via The Fork was an added benefit & we will definitely be returning very soon. In our opinion this is a TOP CLASS EATERY & definitely worth visiting.

    THE FOOD, THE SERVICE WERE TIP TOP!!! SIMPLE AS THAT!!! ADD IN THE DISCOUNT BY USING THE FORK, this is a case where it sounds too good to be true but it is true!!!! Try it & see for yourselves!!

    This is a modern well appointed restaurant which is bright & well maintained. We were warmly greeted by SANTINO who was also our waiter. His attention. politeness & professionalism were all EXCEPTIONAL, thank you. The food was freshly prepared, very well presented & cooked to perfection. The ONION SOUP IS FABULOUSSSSS!!! Congratulations to MOSSI the chef!!!

    I booked Gazette Clerkenwell through The Fork on arrival the waiter explained the 50% discount. The food was very tasty, and I was initially impressed. However, the experience quickly soured when the final bill arrived, and the general manager decided to apply the discount to only a portion of the food bill and full price to the rest, despite the earlier confirmation by the waiter. When I raised this, the manager launched into a long, condescending explanation rather than resolving the issue. This uncomfortable exchange happened in front of other diners and left me feeling humiliated. To make matters worse, I later discovered my booking had been cancelled on The Fork, seemingly to block me from leaving a review. Only after contacting customer service was my ability to leave feedback reinstated. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of reviews for this restaurant . I expected 50% off all food, but settled with half 50% and half 30% - disappointing
