Lovely restaurant which we visited with a 10 and 13 year old. Fantastic food all round and excellent service. Only gripe was our 10 year old had a Childrens meal which was a little small. Hard to tell how much you’re going to receive with a child’s meal. Waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely go back. Duck stir fry was fab as was fish and chips and pork ribs.

Visited pre show tonight and very disappointed. Service was extremely slow, once initial food order placed no waiter/waitress revisited our table to check if all ok, or needed drinks etc. eventually managed to grab attention for a drinks top up but was again so slow that we asked for the bill before the drinks arrived. Didn’t get a chance to have dessert as no service available to order and had already been nearly two hours for one round of drinks and mains. Won’t be back in a hurry.

We had a special 2 course meal for £14 each I had a chicken skewer with Greek salad hummus and flat bread which was really delicious followed by a chocolate brownie strawberry and icecream well with the calories!!

My vegan friend was really pleased with the choice of main courses (she had the Korean chicken but with banana blosson), but alas vegan desserts were limited to vanilla icecream.

It was a great pitythat the Fork lost our booking and never transferred it to the restaurant. However, after I showed the Fork e-mail confirming the booking, they managed to fit us in. After that, all was fine.

I had booked for four, but two hours before the meal was due it became 5, and the restaurant were able to accommodate the change. My vegans friends were very impressed by the choice they had.

Pancakes were thick and not particularly warm. Very dry, pretty sure they were from a packet and the bacon was nowhere near cooked enough. My friend had a sausage bap and the same situation with her sausages. They looked anaemic. Incredibly off putting. But the staff were so kind and friendly we really couldn’t fault them.. maybe just cook the meat a couple of minutes longer

The restaurant didn’t have our booking in spite of us having email confirmation. Offered us a table at the back surrounded by noise groups when there were empty tables at the front. Food was cold. Won’t be returning.

Bit annoying really, booked this place to meet up with friends after lockdown, all day brunch on the Giraffe website and was told that this is not the case in the restaurant, ordered a vegetarian kebabs, were given a vegan option and the watermelon salad was inedible due to the fact is was drowned in vinegar. All in all very disappointing

I've eaten here many times - it's conveniently located (bus and train stations, shopping centre) and reasonably quick. I had the Thai duck stir fry, and my guest followed suit. Good size and good quality.
