The staff were lovely and the food was good. Vegetarian options were extremely limited so I won’t be rushing back. Don’t sit next to the window unless you are wrapped up!

Massively downhill compared to previous visits. Awful food. I’m not fussy and eat at many chains but I ended up leaving half my dinner to it was so bad. Service was great but can’t make up for inedible food.

Really lovely rodeo burger freshly grilled chicken breast with lettuce bacon hot sauce and fresh onion rings was delicious and the fris where hot and seasoned we was served within 10 minutes And there were easily 400 people inside. Lovely choice of drinks

Nice food and ambience, food and drinks were served super quick. Was a perfect location for a late afternoon family meal. The big downside was the welcome we received which was downright rude. Hostess who met us couldnt have been more off putting. A real shame as the experience would have been a great one otherwise.

The menu is so slimmed down, shame there are no burritos anymore, very uninspiring food choices, rodeo burger was very bland and dry and tasted burnt, kids meatballs were very grisley, not how I remember Giraffe in the good old days!

Not what it used to be but fine for what it is ... decent food at reasonable prices and friendly, efficient service. Shame it was a bit drafty and cold on this occasion, so we were a bit uncomfortable, but food and service met expectations so overall not complaining.

Convenient for Royal Festival Hall. However, we had some difficulty getting out waiter to understand us, as did the adjacent table. We mentioned that we reserved a table and he didn’t understand this. Perhaps his english was not that good.

We were very happy with the restaurant. However when we arrived they did not seem to have our booking, luckily they had a table for six in the open area just as we wanted so all was well. Not sure why the fork booking was not communicated to them

Handy restaurant for the National Theatre. Three of us went. We booked through The Fork but they couldn't find our booking. They found us a table outdoors. They were obviously busy so we were a bit worried that we wouldn't get to the theatre on time. We had to wait some time to pay our bill. I don't know why our booking couldn't be found, I had e-mails to confirm. It has to be said the food was very tasty so I would recommend the restaurant and go again.

I have to praise the floor manager, Charlotte, who accommodated a number of changing requests (3, then 4, then six, then a dog and a baby!) with warmth and humour. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having a seat on the terrace by the river on a summer's evening was just divine!

Some food options were not available. Food was okay- we went because we know our kids like the food. Service was mixed. Quick to get our order in, but takes a while for follow up eg dessert, missed part of our order too but this was quickly sorted at the end.

Overpriced for what we got! Waited over 20 minutes before someone arrived to take our order there was no ambience just noisy and scruffy! The fries were cold and the nachos certainly under loaded.

Great for kids... service was good but the restaurant was very busy and we were sat by a door which was opened by staff often and didn't close so made the time there a bit cold. Everything else including the food was very good!

A real disappointment- we use to visit this restaurant a lot and it has gone totally downhill. They did not have our reservation, they squeezed 8 of us on to a table for 6, the service was minimal, the menu quite limited (particularly compared to what Giraffe use to offer) and food was average/lower than average. We will not be returning.

The food was ok but nothing special. We had advocado-toast and pancakes. the cappuchino was disappointing - to hot to drink first and just not really tasty. But the service was slow. we ordered food and drinks - we got it really fast, but after no one felt responsible for us, as we actually wanted to order some water... I'm pretty sure it was a busy day yesterday and the service was very demanding, but I wouldn't recommend this place.
