Were not aware of confirmation of booking..we were an inconvenience.. food and service mediocre although cocktails were good. Would not return

The booking didn’t go through and we were squeezed onto a table despite me getting a confirmation and then following a link just now from a message asking us what we thought. It was very expensive too for a cheap cut of meat - pork belly. The lady behind the bar was very friendly and accommodating and we were grateful for finding us a table. The assistant manager was pleasant too.
