It’s not mind-blowing, but I don’t get some of the reviews expecting the best burger of their life just because it costs £28 and has a well-known chef’s name attached to it. Especially when a Fuller’s burger goes for around £25 and is downright awful. That said, it was a good meal—very filling. I wasn’t a fan of the wings, but that’s just personal preference; the strips, on the other hand, were excellent. Service was solid. Loreta served me one day, and a guy whose name I didn’t catch served me the next. Considering it’s Harrods—where staff are usually as snobby as the clientele—I was pleasantly surprised. Then again, given the kind of people they have to deal with here, I wouldn’t blame them if they were. Overall, a good experience.

10/10I had a fantastic experience at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. The Hellfire Wings were packed with bold flavor and just the right amount of heat, while the smash burger was cooked to perfection,juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. A special shoutout to Dragana, who provided top notch service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was spot on. Her hospitality truly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

10/10What a great place for a casual spot of dinner. The burgers are really substantial and so are the chips. We are always greeted so nicely by the maitre d and she always remembers us when we visit which isn’t often. This is a special quality she has. We will keep coming back definitely.

6.5/10The lady who seated us on both our visits was abrupt and unfriendly. The first time we didn’t book and she said we couldn’t sit in one of the 4 empty booths to the left as you stand to be seated. She then come back 10 mins later and said we could. When we mentioned we had the fork discount she was not happy and made it very clear. She started speaking loudly alerting other diners and people walking past that we had done the booking wrong and that we wouldnt get the discount. I had to tell her to leave as she raised her voice several times and the situation was embarrassing. She then spent the rest of our visit glaring at us. Andy (manager) was/is amazing, professional, friendly and sorted the issue quickly and we had a lovely meal. The burgers and salads are absolutely amazing but tainted by the glaring angry lady, sadly.

2/10Service was super slow, we waited 30 mins for our food to arrive, burgers were overcooked and dry, they tasted horrendous. Sadly, I will not be visiting again.

6/10Had 2 burgers and a side of sweet potato fries. Burgers were not tasty enough, we ordered the classic Hell's Kitchen that is supposed to be one of the best and the Oklahoma. The second one was more tasty but definitely wouldn't call it a smash burger. Fries had powdered sugar on top, not good

Seated in a timely manner, the lady at the front overseeing the restaurant was very warm and welcoming. The rest of the staff were ok. Food took about 30mins to arrive. Unfortunately the food was merely adequate, burger wasn’t juicy, sweet potato fries were normal. The chicken wings were nice but small portion. Food was definitely not worth the price (even with the £50 fork vouchers as they charge 12.5% service fee PLUS £1 cover charge per person). Why is there a cover charge when they don’t even provide bread or anything extra? Would not come back and would not recommend. Premium price, average food. I actually much prefer my shake shack burger to the Gordon Ramsay burger..

Service was not good. We waited at least 20 minutes and no server came to our table. I finally stopped the hostess as she was going by our table to ask if we could get service. It did not get much better after that.

The burger patty was very dry. The fries were not better than fries at Macdonalds; it has no seasoning apart salt. Service was very slow. We waited for ages for the staff to clean up after meal. All the staff seemed very busy so probably the place was just understaff. We came here a few months and it was all good, so it’s disappointing that the restaurant is not consistent enough.

Burger temperature was well done, expected medium rare, but I didn't give a temperature as I assumed it would come this way. Harrods house rioja was velvety and delightful. Truffle fries were overly greasy and felt like more oil than potato.. used the fork voucher, would try again but go for a double beef burger and maybe sweet potato fries or a salad as it's a very heavy meal with the truffle fries and big burger bun. Service was super efficient and staff very helpful. Ask for burger temperature if you like your burgers with any rarety. Perfect meal if you trying to Carbo load 😋

Good service and pleasantly surprisingly great burgers - tasty, good quality, juicy, great sear and great value with the Fork Festival discount. Would order truffle fries and maybe the mac cheese bites again but not the other sides.

10/10We were touring London and wanted the see Herrods and eat lunch on site. So glad we chose Gordon Ramsey's. Husband had the burger, cooked to order and huge. The beef was obviously not just a typical hamburger patty. I chose the cauliflower burger and it was so delicious. The onion rings were excellent. We could not finish it all. And the restaurant is so stylish and service was great.
