8/10Cosy and historical tavern/pub with friendly service. A good selection of wines and small bites, good to catch up with friends or colleagues.

10/10A little on the expensive side food wise but it is London! Lovely food, great service by all the staff and some lovely beers on tap. Wood walled, wood chairs, wood floor and wood tables give it that authentic old world ambience. Would definitely recommend and worth booking ahead!

6.5/10My second visit to the restaurant for lunch in consecutive days. This time I had the Christmas Dinner. The food was lovely however the advertised pigs in blankets were missing and the stuffing was about a teaspoon size. Being crucial ingredients for a traditional Christmas lunch that was disappointing. We also had to wait a long time to receive our food. The service was pretty slap dash and the waiter was chewing gum which wasn't a great impression. The day before the beef bourguignon was excellent and the service was much better. I haven't visited Grapeshots for years having worked elsewhere in the City and the food was on the whole as good as it always was but the service and attention to customers needs some work.

10/10Great ambiance and friendly attentive service. Would definitely look to go back as it is a bit of a hidden gem. Very good value for money too, some very decent wine choices for modest cost.

7/10Staff were very helpful and sorted a sandwich for us which wasn’t on the menu which understandably was geared to Xmas. Having frequented the Grapeshots many times over the years they seem to making a good stab at reopening after the long Covid closure
