Nice place with good service, shame the menus are a little vague. There are crossed out special offers and the kids menus has no clear structure as to what's included in the deal. First time I've seen this, definitely needs to look at menus from different family restaurants to make the offers if any, clearer.

8/10Very good value for money . Very clean environment. A calm ambiance with no intrusive music.... Very warm, welcoming and accommodating staff . A comfortable temperature in the restaurant. I think the owner / manager of the place could highlight the national identity of the restaurant ..... korean, I understand ?..... by displaying around the restaurant hall some cultural artefacts etc.etc. All in all , we've had a good time with our friends before going to the Swan theatre which is conveniently situated 2mns away on foot. I am highly recommanding the place to anyone who does not want "to break the bank" for a restaurant outing.

10/10We had a lovely late meal on the bank holiday. Even though it looked like we were the last customers, the food looked fresh and tasted fantastic. We were made to feel at home by the lovely Aarti, who bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you for a lovely evening, great food and service, loved the decor too! Highly recommend!

4.5/10Obviously based on Waggamama's set up, the menu offered a decent array of basic Korean dishes. First issue was that everything was either tepid or cold; and there were only 8 of us actually in the restaurant! The food arrived so quickly that they hadn't even brought our bottled water so not entirely sure what the rush was as taking a little longer may have led to the food being warm! Kimchee was decent but the edamame very strange and quite unpleasant. Beef bao buns ( we had one of each sauce) were decent but the chicken were overcooked, bland and dried out. I think the lamb dumplings may have been cooked the day before they were so "stiff" but the mandu dumplings were ok. Star of the show were the chicken wings which are not particularly spicy but very decent; wish we'd have just had a big plate of those! Service friendly - wouldn't go back

Great food. Tasty and good quality. Korean dumplings were quite nice and interesting. Upon bowl full of quality ingredients and very tasty. The restaurant was very quiet. Probably cause it was Sunday evening. Friendly service.

Great experience at Grounded Kitchen. Great and tasty food. Good value for money with thefork, clean and fresh atmosphere. And we felt really welcomed by the staff, especially by the smile of Grace. Thanks . We'll dine there again.
