8/10Pretty decent burger. A bit too expensive at £15 without a side.

6/10Staff were friendly and attentive. Good ambience, not too noisy but quite full. Starters were very tasty, my two sons and I ordered different burgers to each other. Mine and my eldest was fine - tasty and good quality. My youngest son did not enjoy his and later that evening (and for the next two days) spent too much time vomiting and going to the toilet. Not sure what the issue was, but very unhappy with the outcome.

3/10Extremely disappointed with how the evening at Hache went. I had booked this as the engagement celebration for me and my fiance and had written this down on the booking. It was the first time our parents were meeting each other and I was really excited. However despite how the food was fine the waitors had no care, enthusiasm or sensitivity. They were abrasive and cold to us and other guests. It felt as if they wanted to get us in and out. They interrupted conversations to confirm orders when they could just have waited for one moment, they were abrupt and clumsy. All five of us were disappointed as a special evening had been tainted by bad service. It is worth noting that we left the same time as another family who also said to us "Well we won't be going there again" which is a sign that the issue wasn't an anomaly with our table. I will Bullet point below the key issues which led us to being disappointed by the event. 1) When we arrived the waitress wasn't friendly when she showed us to our table. Small thing but has a big impact. 2) When we ordered a bottle of proseco, when she poured it she spilt a small bit on the table. That's fine but it was how she reacted, no apology or desire to wipe the table. She did this a second time with the red wine and again no apology or desire to wipe the table. Small thing but big impact. I've worked as a waitress and understand the stresses but it's all about how you handle each incident. Again it made us feel like she didn't care. 3) We had to ask for cutlery for the main as we hadn't been given any. When we asked for cutlery for the puddings she put a load of napkins and a handful of cutlery on the corner of the table as opposed to giving the cutlery to the specific people who had ordered pudding. This just seemed like laziness and lack of care. 4) This moment was the most upsetting. We had just finished our mains and were yet to look at the pudding menu - my mother in law was talking about the recent passing of her husband. It was evident that the conversation was an emotional one. The waitress interrupted and said she needed to know NOW if we wanted coffees as they were going to shut off the machine. It was 9pm at this point. I asked her politely if she could come back in one moment and she said she needed to know the coffee orders now. This frustrated me as it showed little sensitivity to what was evidently happening at the table and was purely to make her life easier, not make our experience more pleasurable. It was abrasive and poor management on her part. If it had been 10pm I get closing the coffee machine but at 9pm in a restaurant where the other guests still are eating their mains seemed really bonkers. 5) Our chocolate puddings arrived cold. We had a spoonful each and then said that they weren't hot. The waiters colleague took them away and then 20 seconds later the same puddings arrived back slightly warmer. However they were both put back on the table and it wasn't clear which pudding had belonged to who. It doesn't matter necessarily as we are family as we will happily share food but this seemed a big hygiene faux pas as there was no way to tell whose food was whose. Also they'd put the food in the heater with the ice cream still on top so that has melted. Again, no care and sloppy execution. A host of small things culminated to make us feel unwanted and also that our presence at the restaurant was a hassle. The restaurant isn't cheap and I was so excited for everyone to meet but I honestly felt so sad afterwards.

8/10The food was nice although it would be good if there were gluten free buns as an option for the burger. Going bunless is not really a good gf option.
