Dim sum and some of the starters were excellent but only one main was nice which was fish with champagne and honey sauce. The rest of it was quite average. The price on menu doesn't include VAT (20%) and service charge is 15%. Cocktails weren't that good. I would rether go somewhere else for that. I have no issue paying a £1 surchsrge for charity but i think its quite rude adding it to the bill without asking first! Overall for my partner and I, it's overrated and overpriced.

Did not enjoy the experience. I have been to multiple Michelin star restaurants and the location in San Francisco. The food quality and service was a disappointment.

We had the tasting menu, which was actually really nice. What we didn't like was how long we had to wait to be seated. I arrived after my friend who sat at the bar having a drink. Once I got there, we asked a few times if we could be seated, and they just kept saying someone would be with us. It's also extremely dark inside. It is very hard for you to see the menu and your food. I also waited a very long time for my Irish coffee. As I wanted to have it with my dessert. This came some time after we had finished dessert, which defeated the whole purpose. Then when we decided not to pay the service charge due to having to wait so long from start to finish of time there. The waiter was very rude and didn't say please or thank you He just presented us with the card machine and gave us our receipts. I felt this was highly unprofessional, and it then stopped us from leaving him a tip personally as we had thought he had done a good job, but clearly he didn't have any manners towards the end.

Food and service was great. Minor improvement would be for the server to advise on order of eating mains and which sauces go best with which dim sum. Ambience would be great if the perpetual doof doof was axed.

My daughter and I were looking forward to dining at a Michelin star restaurant. I would have been much happier at a nice three or four star. The music is so loud you can't talk to your companion or the waiters. The tables are so small that they don't hold the numerous dishes and so close together that it is difficult to get in and out. The starter and desert were good, but the main dishes of the Plum Blossom all tasted the same. The experience was exhausting. I should have told the staff how I felt but all I could think of was getting out of the dark, loud and crowded place.

A very pleasant experience, made more so by the attentive and welcoming staff. The food is out of this world, and a surprise birthday dessert made us feel special. Only thing I wasn't expecting was that it would be so dark in there, and the music got a bit loud by the end of the meal.

Food is amazing best Dim Sum best Peking Duck, service a little slow makes the 2hour booking slot difficult, felt rushed at the end. Hanway Place better that Mayfair but I think this is an area the restaurant should look at.

Great food! Welcome service was nice and our waiter was really good! There was one dish we wasn’t pleased with as it seemed a little dry but still very nice regardless. Little disappointed that a glass broke near our table and the attempt to clear it up was poor as my date had a small cut on her foot either from the glass smashing or the small shards that remained under our table while dining. Other than that Hakkasan was tasty food as always

I took my lovely girlfriend on a pre Valentines lunch and it was again a fantastic experience- the food quality is superb- we had dim sum to start and it was scrumptious- we thrn had the sea bass and the stir Frirnd beef in a not too sweet glaze - we had to have more dim sum and we had the top of the range version and it didn’t disappoint- would highly recommend this place
