8/10Had the Taste of Hakkasan menu. Not as good value as it used to be. No side and a £10 supplement for the sea bass. Also the cocktail was half the size as before but the manager did offer us another better one. Disappointed that Hanway Place is closed.

9.5/10Food was as good as Hanway place but ambience is better at Hanway.. service was better here.. it was a quick lunch and the waitress hurried the service on request.. the signature dimsum is the must try at both places.. I recommend both..

7.5/10Waited way too long for a table at bar - first in, and then had to go twice to reception to ask can we go to our table. PLace was empty - just seemed like bad co-ordination. On leaving 15 min queue to get coats from check in.

9/10We go Hakkasan Mayfair every year for various occasions and it’s always been great over the years. However, today’s experience was somehow different. We had one spoon that wasn’t cleaned properly and had to ask for it to be replaced. Service was slow and our waiter certainly wasn’t attentive. Food was great and we did enjoy all the courses, desserts included. But overall, it’s not up to the Michelin star standard that it has been carrying. It’s such as shame as it has been our top restaurants list for a very long time. Management, please take note.

5/10The ground floor has no ambiance. The restaurant was empty at 5pm and they could give us better spot but they didn't instead they told us before we even sat down that we have to leave at 7 pm . The food was not tasty at all but presented well on the plate. don't bother.

Staff were very attentive and had great suggestions for entrees, sake, and an AMAZING “Sweet Caviar” desert (smoking from dry ice slush). WORTH EVERY PENCE! Don’t miss this great experience.

9.5/10Interesting restaurant - we had a table downstairs which had great ambience and atmosphere. DJ playing some tunes. Food was amazing with standout being the Iberico pork and beef ribs which literally fell off the bone. Service was decent although I would have preferred for the wine to be poured at a somewhat slower pace. Place is not for the cheap hearted however quality of food is exceptional.

Friendly hostesses, the restaurant is on street level and lower level. The street level is bright, tables are rather close to one another. We were seated in the lower level, where its darker and in my onion better atmosphere. There is a DJ from 19;00 but not obtrusive. The service was not particularly friendly, when asked what was each dish the reply from the waiter was rather short and unfriendly. Most of the dishes were not impressive, not were impressive from a flavor aspect. We ordered: Spicy prawns, this dish was the best Sanpei chicken claypot , sweet basil, chilli, spring onion. This dish was very disappointing Wok-fried lamb with cannon with chilli lemongrass - Not impressed Osmanthus glass noodles with roasted duck claypot - This dish was very disappointing, soggy noodles! The wine was good: Warwick Estate Trilogy 2018 We shall not return.

10/10Celebrating my friend’s 70th birthday. She was amazed by the standard of the Chinese dishes. The roast duck dish was particularly delicious with crispy skin and moist duck meat. The tofu and aubergine dish was beautifully flavourful. Our waiter was super attentive and helpful. My friend was delighted with the mango sorbet with Happy 70th Birthday presented to her. Thanks so much.

6.5/10The service was very poor. The waiters were not interested at all in their job. It was matter of fact. Not what you expect from a top restaurant. The food was cold. The dishes were not brought at the same time. Felt as if the personnel were doing us a favour!! What a disappointing experience. Zero value for money

4.5/10Rather dissapointed, visited Hanway place a few years back and food was great. This time round food was not great and was not served hot. Service was great though and a nice ambience in the restaurant. The south African wine was good too.

7/10The food in Genral was served cold - not cooling or warm - cold. Not great for fried dishes which really don’t taste the same. The ambience was great and waiters attentive but you are there for the food and it was far from Michelin starred or even good. Shame. Used to be so much better.

+4Wow! Food was fantastic, service was excellent, beautiful ambience! Ordered Pearl menu, so much food, we took the leftovers for lunch next day! Peking duck and bbq beef were delicious! Dessert was a show and delicious as well!
