While the food and ambiance were excellent, there was much confusion upon arriving (when we actually found the place). We had a reservation and a confirmation for the Hamptons Bar but staff had no idea what The Fork was and stressed they were just a bar and didn’t serve food and we must be in the wrong place. Turns out it was the courtyard restaurant at the Taj Hotel, which wasn’t what the reservation said. Someone needs to get their information straight. Were we the first people to ever make a Fork reservation here?? All in all, our meal was very good and we would come again.

10/10Ended up eating @51 restaurant as there was no food at the bar but they still allowed me to us my yum discount voucher and the food and service were both excellent!

Lovely venue, staff, food and drink. We were delighted to be able to experience the bar and restaurant, we can definitely recommend for meeting friends or a lunch meeting with colleagues.

10/10Fantastic service and so lovely to sit out in the courtyard, this hotel and its restaurants are a real hidden gem , so close to Buckingham palace yet tranquil and off the beaten path. Food was excellent too.

9/10We loved the ambience and sitting out in the courtyard for drinks when we first got there,moved inside later as got a bit chillier.plenty of staff!! But some confusion with drinks and who was serving.Also the menu we were offered was not the same as on the fork booking site.it was lovely but we thought we were getting indian themed food?The inside was lovely too gorgeous hotel great as it was my friends birthday????????

9.5/10We had a lovely meal, but did not eat at the Hamptons Courtyard and Bar. They do not serve food at 18:00, so wen to the other restaiurant in the same hotel, which is called No 51 I thin. The food was the same but the venue should not accept bookings to a restaurant that does not serve food. The food itself was delightful, Eurasian fusion, with items such as burrata kale chaat. The restaurant looks out on to the courtyard through glass plate windows, and is a nice place to be. Staff were friendly and attentive.

9/10Everything was amazing, from the food to the ambience. The service was top notch however very disappointing to know that the only dessert available for a vegetarian was a fruit platter and everything else had gelatine. Hope they can work on that.

5/10Quality of the food was not good for the price. Not a restaurant but part of the Taj hotel. Even with 50% off it was not worth it. Felt like cheap hotel food extravagantly priced. Menu was misleading and not what was illustrated on Fork.
