7/10Nothing really special or memorable about Hans's Bar & Grill. Service was good but food was just ok but very overpriced for the relatively small portions served. Around 8.30pm on a Saturday evening requested a basket of bread and butter and after a bit of a wait was informed that they had run out...Really, how can a restaurant have run out of bread and butter so early in the evening?

2/10Yesterday we reserved st James honey and the we have been sit in the st James bar, which in next to him. You took us 50 pounds for mistake. Please give me back. Thanks Muly

5.5/10The menu is the same as every other ‘brasserie’. With a menu that restricted tothe trad dishes a daily or weekly special would being us back - otherwise we know exactly whets on offer.

Nice restaurant in a quite cool street - good decor, quiet (visited on a Wednesday evening). Staff was really nice, quick service. The food was good but not good enough to make us want to go back just to eat there again. Prices are justified by the service and location I guess but then again, not the plates presented

8/10Hans' Bar & Grill is a nice and cosy restaurant just off Sloane Square in Central London and offers a good, even if not very wide, choice of dishes that have some interesting flavours combination and innovative ingredients' mix. The service is kind and attentive, even if occasionally a bit slow and the restaurant is, considering the venue, location and quality, fairly priced.

3/10Such a shame. The possibility of a lovely meal with our kids. Slow service that took 2 hours from start to finish. Quality of the food was poor. Waitress was trying to do the best of a terrible job by done the chef. I would avoid this place.

6.5/10Waiter suggested a bottle we liked the look of was a chardonnay so we ordered it. Afterwards, I tasted the bottle and it was not a chardonnay so I researched it and indeed it was not chardonnay. He offered a chardonnay at 90 pounds. No thanks. Food portions were smaller and inferior to last time. Service way down too.

7.5/10Food first class and well priced; beautiful room. waiter struggled with a lot of tables to manage but did his best. wine list a bit short and a rather pricey. The Italian white was overpriced but the rose was great. mocktails very good.

8/10Good food in a nice setting. One of the waiters kept on trying to take our plates even though we weren't finished - he later said it was because the kitchen was closing but he could have said that before to justify his 'intrusion'.

8/10We arrived early for our reservation but the restaurant had no problem with bringing our booking forward. Having said that, we were the only people eating in the restaurant at that time and still service was slow, the wine was poured without the offer of tasting it first and the Fork discount was not deducted when the bill was presented. The food was good (octopus and sea bream ordered) and well presented.

10/10Exceptional service as Hans has a great team of people who go way and beyond to remember what clients prefer and the small unique details in preferences . We are vegan and Marcello and Ella always go that extra length to not only accommodate us , but make sure we are reassured and remember swapping dressings etc before we even ask. Truly Exceptional service and tge food is delicious too ! Thanks Marcello and team for your 5 🌟 care and see you soon 😊

10/10I love dining here. This time it was for breakfast which was delicious. Great portion size and tasty food. My husband ordered the veggie breakfast and I ordered eggs florentine with extra smoked salmon which was surprisingly a big portion. We both enjoyed our time here and will visit again.
