Nice lunch with the better half. Food absolutely excellent - generous portions and very fresh. Salad bar nice and fresh. Only slightly annoying thing - and not the restaurant’s fault - is that people with kids seem to think we should all suffer their kids cartoon/ games noises when they stick them on their phones… maybe have an “adult only” area?

Nice place to go for brunch. Mine was a little cold and the scrambled egg wasn’t good- but they quickly changed it and then it was delicious, husband’s full English was excellent. It’s a lovely place for a reasonable price. Staff very nice and friendly.

Seated quickly, offered drinks etc. Asked about any intolerances. Speedy ordering and service. Food was delicious. Service was attentive but not intrusive. A lovely experience.

Rotisserie chicken had run out, but we were informed as soon as we arrived. Service was excellent and the food was excellent overall. The cod was a little bland but four stars fully deserved.

Slightly disappointed with the rack of ribs not up to the usual standard sauce tasted a bit sharper than previously and meat not falling off the bone Otherwise everything else and service were good

The manager there is really friendly and gives a great welcome However the waitress we had was not so great it didn’t help that the steak sandwich was running with blood even though we asked for medium to well done . It took half an hour to get a replacement sandwich which we took home and had to chase the waitress round the restaurant to get her attention to pay the bill. I think she had about 12 tables to look after herself so the issue was being short staffed not the actual waiter herself who was so busy. I don’t want her to be chastised for the level of service . The steak sandwich just spoiled the whole experience. I will go again as usually the service is quick and efficient
