7/10We had the lunch menu and the beef was very tasty but tiny . I realise it’s a budget choice but ridiculously small . Salad bar great as always . Custard on all three of our sponge deserts was cold and only marginally better on return, from sending it back . The server ,who was excellent, suggested the microwave wasn’t working very well .

7/10Christmas meal very average and not very hot. Christmas pudding was excellent. Service excellent. Extremely noisy party on next table. Left in the end as couldn’t hear my friend who was sitting next to me.

4/10All the food was lukewarm, the chicken was dry and leathery and the cornbread was burnt. The only OK thing, the 'chips'. Service was fine.

5/10I had booked a table almost 1 week in advance, when we arrived we were told the way for our table would be 30 to 40 minutes. We were told we could sit anywhere else and queue at the bar to order our food. We ordered our food and drinks and waited for 70 minutes for our food to come in the end I had to ask staff where our food was . When the food arrived the onion rings were cold along with the tomatoes and mushrooms and the chips weren’t very hot either, we were going to stop for dessert but had waited so long for our mains we didn’t want to wait any longer, we have visited many times before and never had any issues this was a very disappointing visit overall.

7/10The person serving was the best. The salad bar was not good as there was a lot of empty pots only one side open. Had the fish and chips , the fish was very thin. I have not been there for so time so was not really happy with the food today.

8.5/10My only criticism is that I had requested a booth due to my disability.When I got there I had been allocated a table in the middle of the room that was totally unsuitable I ask Conor and he quickly rectified it

3/10The service was shocking. In particular from one waitress. She came over to ask if we wanted drinks then as we were looking at the drinks menu she walked off saying I'll be back. Once drink orders were taken she slammed the glasses on the table and walked off. Very rude. After we had eaten we tried to speak to the waitress regarding the children eat for £1. Again very dismissive. I asked her to explain how the offer works as I was very confused. In a extremely patronising manner she said "as I've already told you" to which I left to speak with the manager to address the rude behaviour. On speaking with the manager who tried to justify the waitresses behaviour by saying it was probably because it was busy. This is not acceptable. Busy or not customer service should remain the same. Managers response was I'll have a word with her. No apologies no nothing. Will not be eating here again.

7.5/10After arriving we had to switch table as the booth was a little cramped for us. The staff were polite but it did take quite some time for the food to actually come to the table and I had to ask twice for the children's desserts to come out

10/10I booked for my mom’s 84th Birthday with the family so it was an important event. The service was excellent and the young man was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was presented well and everyone enjoyed their meal. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

10/10It was my 30th birthday and was out for a family meal, and can't fault anything. Lee was our waiter and his service was incredible, he couldn't do enough for us and made our experience amazing! Thank you Lee you are so good at what you do.

8.5/10We were a group of 7 our meals were really tasty and well worth the money service was absolutely brilliant we did book for my Grandsons birthday and asked to be seated by the play area but when we arrived we were told the play area was closed indefinitely a little bit disappointing for the kids but we had a great evening anyway will definitely be returning.
