Booked an early dinner before flying out of Bournemouth airport and got exactly what we expected from harvester. Clean, tidy, good salad and a nice meal. 4 out of 5 in each category as we were happy with each but nothing we could rate as exceptional. Would use again if in the area.

Food I ordered chargriled chicken what I got was a screwer loaded with chargrilled pepers/chilles with 3 bits of chicken kids burger was like rubber overcook could have been used as a ice hockey puck

Overall a good lunchtime experience. The service was attentive, helpful and friendly. I had a steak, which was very nice, but the southern fried onion rings where not really what I expected. They were all stuck together and would have liked separated ones. The salad bar was nice and clean and was refilled regularly. A good choice of salad pieces were on offer, along with the sauces.

Staff were great throughout the evening. Food was hot and nicely presented. Extra people added to our party at short notice without any issues. Great value for money and will visit again without hesitation.

Food was good, service less so. I could see my food ready on the kitchen counter, but the staff was too busy having a chat to be bothered to bring it to my table. On the other hand, though, I was given a free ice cream.

The food was very disappointing. I had scampi and frys. The frys were soggy and over done the scampi was small and not many in number. Had to stand in line for the salad bar along with many others and our main meal was just sitting on our table when we returned from the salad bar. Al in all we were very disappointed and not impressed with the quality. Not good value for money and won’t eat there again. Shame as been going there for many years.

The restaurant needs some love and attention - a bit run down. Steak was not cooked as requested. Overall a bit disappointing. We were visiting a relative in hospital - didn’t want the world but wanted to be in a nice environment and good food. We had a less than average environment and very average food
