We had a meal at the Harvester, Longwell Green, Bristol, I would like to say how wonderful our waiter was, he was called Alex, he was extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. I have been eating at the Harvester for decades and I can honestly say he was one if not the best waiter I have ever had, he is a real credit to you. Thank you Alex.

This was a really good experience right from the beginning. The main courses were very good, but the best was yet to come with the Caramel Crave, which was a new addition to the menu. This was the best dessert I have had ever, Our waiter Billy was very friendly and gave a very good impression of the Harvester. Well done to all concerned.

Good Food. Standard 'Harvester' Fayre but good and delivered to a high standard in a nice setting. Staff are very attentive. Well worth a visit for families. (Or groups).

Suited our needs perfectly. I had asked for a table by a window but not door and the request was honoured. The food was well presented in a timely manner, was hot, generous but not overwhelming portions and absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Hazel was friendly and efficient; yet professional throughout. Altogether a lovely experience and excellent value for money. We enjoyed the lunch time menu today but will return to try the full dinner menu in due course.

Slow service, had to find someone when we wanted to order Dissapointing Salad bar Run out of cheese for burgers, then expected to pay extra if wanted cheese Expensive for what you get, Not very good value for money

Very friendly and welcoming, staff working very hard to ensure a good service and this could be improved further if there were more staffing to help with any waiting that can occur for food or drinks to arrive and emptying of tables.

Haven't visited for quite a while ,nice to see same waitress ,this made a great start to an ordinary after shopping meal.. Pleasantly surprised to see the Salad bar in use.The meal was excellent with a starter and Salad and Main Course, there was no room for a sweet. would have given an extra star quality but there was no blue cheese dressing for the steak. The whole evening was made so special by the brilliant service from the Waitress, we will return

staff very freindly the only downers where ice cream machine broken being charge for some one elses drinks and over charged on desert for six of us bill was 163 when sorted down to 148 the food was good
