Waited quite a while to be seen to upon arriving at restaurant and then once seated waited quite a while for our order to be taken. Food did arrive quickly, vegetables were lukewarm. Burger bun was burned black on the inside. Starters of mushrooms and prawn cocktail were fine. Salad bar was fine.

Ordered the Sirloin steak as opposed to the rump as the ribeye was not available. The meal arrived, well presented however I believe the steak was rump, it was tough as old boots even with a steak knife. My wife had the Surf and Turf and the sirloin was basically inedible, my dog would have struggled. The waitress got the manager to give us a free coffee but at £16.99 for the meat it was a token gesture. Trip advisor gave it rave reports for their food however…………Once again if you want a good steak, go to a steakhouse

Boil in the bag pub food at extortionate inflated prices. Avoid this place like the plague. Clearly a franchise only interested in lining their share holders pockets. This brand will be bankrupt within 5 years guaranteed.

Nice hot perfectly cooked mains, well presented, served by attentive staff. Lack of fruit and meringue in the generous Eton Mess which was disappointing in an otherwise enjoyable experience. It would not stop me going back.

When the waitress eventually took our order after waiting for 20 mins she informed us that they had no steaks or rotisserie chicken left. Not a great start considering I was looking forward to one of their excellent mixed grills.

Always have a good meal here however the nachos were not up to standard. No salsa ???? and liquid cheese it was so disappointing i will not order them again. The rest of the meal was great and it was value for money.

Out for a family meal, first really since lockdown. Service was fine and have to get used to table service, but this was more than adequate, only thing we normally order steak, but this time they were very grizzly and fatty.

The food was lovely. Our server I think her name was Mary was lovely and friendly. There was a slight mixup with our order which was quickly rectified. The manager came and apologised and discounted our bill which was not necessary but very appreciated. Restaurant was very well organised with the covid restrictions etc. I would definitely recommend.
