10/10We had a lovely meal and exceptional service today by Sydnie and the lady who greeted us as we arrived. Very friendly and could not do enough for us. Thankyou so much for a wonderful experience

10/10Was so Christmasy and cosy, I met up with some old work colleagues . We had a lovely afternoon. The staff were lovely. Service was very good and we got our food very quickly. The food was amazing and such a good portion. No complaints would 100% recommend & definitely will go back. Food is so much better than falcon wood Harvester.

5.5/10There were lots of the things on the menu that looked good but then you look into it and they have some sauces or other things on it or in it that doesn't make sense so the choice made was difficult and veg too hard to eat

3/10Obviously short staffed shift. Our main food was under the hot light shelf for 15 plus minutes! We were kept waiting. Our waitress seemed to be covering the whole of the floor and thru no fault of her own was trying to manage multiple tables. The food when arrived was not the normal standard. The chips were dry as was the rest of the meal. I noticed diner sent his meal back. I wished I'd had the courage to do that. My granddaughters meal wasn't nice. The mash was browned. Overall very disappointed. I did not speak to the waitress because she was so stressed. I didn't want to cause a fuss. I eventually had to actually go and find and ask her to bill me as she was all over the place. I suggest you take a peek at you CCTV. As you can see from my Harvester bookings. I have dined with your company several times and have never had a need to complain. Our table was booked for 4.30pm. We arrived to an almost empty restaurant but within time it filled up. A ruined evening.

10/10This was our first visit since moving to the area. The staff when we arrived were very friendly and helpful. We were seated upstairs and got a window seat as requested (unfortunately it was overlooking the bins) Our server was very nice and the food made up for the seating. I will definately come again.

9.5/107oz gammon perfect with good range of veg etc. Superb smiling waitress. Good chair to table height. Accurate bill, easily paid. Top surface of tables in bar area whilst OK for drinks are utterly awful for restaurant meals. No matter what the staff do the tops are not cleanable due to the multitude of grooves, and are unhygienically sticky. Building exterior and approach paving is neglected and will benefit with the next revamp! On-site customer parking very convenient.

4/10The table area still had traces of the previous user, colouring crowns and paper on the floor, furniture run down, fabric on the seat thread bare. Menus with food split on them, overall very tired and in need of updating badly.

5/10The place looks poor. Could not tell what beers on sale as no labelling on pumps. The salad bar was practically empty. We had a party of 8. The starters were ok but the mains half was dry and not hot food

8/10The food was excellent.However placing a table of 4 next to a party of 20 plus children is such an inconsiderate decision.We couldn't hear ourselves speak,we could not hear the waitress.Our whole meal was ruined.If the restaurant owners wish to host large family parties where party games and childcare issues are part of the evening,I suggest an appropriate part of the restaurant is reserved.If this isn't possible,don't take a reservation from customers without warning them that they can only be served next to a very loud,ongoing gathering.

8.5/10Had a good visit to the restaurant. Shown to our table promptly and our waiter was attentive and helpful. The food was nice too. The only niggle we had was that we had to ask for the festive menu rather than it being given to us.

4.5/10Very let down a lot of menu missing .were told would have to wait an hour for cbicken as they had run out .surley if you are running a 50% offer to the public you would allow yourself more stock .also really bad menu for vegatarians .were also told certain things on menu wete not good sellers so did not have any .just a bit of advice if you dont have it take it of .i will never darken tjere door again service was rubbish

9/10It was.good to come.back as Covid had stopped us coming. The entrance and reception was great thank you. Food was well presented and enjoyable and it was good not to be rushed. The food portion was just right for the older customer so did not need to take the salad bar. Thank you.

5/10Every time I walk in the carpet, it feels unclean. Surely it’s time to lay wooden flooring ? Then our table appeared to “sticky”. We was sat with all the other families with kids, as I imagine this is not to annoy those who are without. I ordered my ribeye steak well done, slightly red in the middle. For £22.00 you’d expect some really quality piece of meat, but I’d have bought a better piece of steak from the supermarket & cooked it myself. It was def not worth this amount of money, it always appears that Harvester are making massive profits with serving up the “bare minimum” with they’re meals.

2/10Rushed us out, bill given before we asked for it, plates cleared before we all finished, food disappointing, don’t think we will visit again, salad bar poor and messy, only one waitress serving the section, not her fault but could not wait to get off shift, she left before us, and we left at 9.30 as no one else in restaurant and music had been turned up so loud , very very disappointing and felt like we wasted our money.
