5.5/10We had a groupon voucher and on arrival we were given a very limited menu not what we expected.The person showing us to our pre booked table was unwelcoming. The lady who served us was great very friendly helpful she seemed to be doing all the work. Food was slow in service and quite average.The salad bar was the highlight and dessert was nice. To top it all off they could not scan groupon code and made us feel like very uncomfortable until another member of staff Scanned voucher and it was accepted. However after our experience we will not use this Establishment again and Never purchasd another Groupon voucher for Harvesters.

6/10Fish order was ok. , salad bar excellent , chicken wings were awful , overdone , tasteless too , I’ve been a frequent visitor to the Harvester venues , but not this one , service took a long time (17 minutes) but the order was taken quickly , food arrived after a little while , drink order was good and on time , overall not good 3 star rating I’m sorry to say

10/10We enjoyed the food and the service was great,.y only disappointment was I requested a window seating two weeks in advance,but was not able to get my request due to football crowd.did not feel this was right seeing as I booked in advance for my daughters birthday celebration.

3/10What a disappointing lunchtime this was it’s very rarely that I get to take dad out for lunch and surprising him with two of his grandchildren and what awful food we were served plus the fact that it was absolutely freezing cold in the restaurant and we were sat in a very dark corner, even though I had pre-booked a table , the staff were pleasant enough and tried their best and fortunately your manager was accommodating in reducing the cost of our meals but that’s only because I had a 50% blue light voucher for some of the mains but I did not wish to or have to pay for my meal as it was so disappointing the soup starter arrived cold and still with frozen claggy lumps in it , the garlic bread was like concrete rock and then my salad came with only half the items in the salad bowl only to be told that the staff hadn’t let me down , the suppliers were letting the harvester down but it should be pointed out to your customers if they don’t have all the items to put on your menu or your meal , the chips were cold some of them raw. The gammon was like leather. The wrong order was given and it was freezing cold in there because the air-conditioning was just too cold. So overall not a good experience and sadly not likely to return to the Morfa one , have never had this bad food befo always go to the Gowerton one , will stick to that in future

7/10Nice place,took longer than i expected to be seated,staff were lovely however. Childrens portion sizes were very dissapointing, ordered pizza and chips,the pizza was tiny,smaller than a 60p pizza from aada,the portion of chips wouldve fed a 3 yr old not any older though. The food it self was nice. I had 25% off if i had paid full price it would definately not have been worth the cost. First visit,wont be going back for a 2nd.

6/10The food was ok the staff were lovely but they were clearly understaffed. We waited a while for our order to be taken and then our drinks came after our food. The waiting staff were run off their feet trying to do too much! I don’t understand why they have to serve the salad to you? All Covid restrictions are now removed. If they didn’t have to do this they would be able to carry on with jobs that are essential to their role! Also it was before 1pm and there wasn’t any rotisserie chicken? Harvester prides itself on their rotisserie chicken and there wasn’t any available.

10/10food was excellent, service extremely good, not rushed. Thoroughly enjoyed. Parking was easy, disabled spaces if needed right outside dooe. I always book in advance online and often receive offers which are great to share.

8/10We were met by a member of staff who took us to our table. Within a few minutes we were asked by our server what we wanted to drink and would be back to take our order. Order placed and the same server took us to the salad bar, but was disappointed when told they had run out of lettuce and white bread rolls. The food arrived and it was delicious. We will definitely be back again. But being that they advertise the salad bar and that lettuce is the main ingredient it was a bit of a shock to find that they had no lettuce. The server was very good and asked if everything was OK with the food and cleared away the plates quickly before coffee arrived.

5.5/10Both myself and my partner were disappointed with the main course. We chose the mixed grill. My steak should've been blue and it was medium. The chicken was over cooked, dry and inedible, I had 3 microscopic mushrooms and my partner only had one, the gammon was so salty it was impossible to eat, there was a teaspoon of peas, half a tomato and a decent portion of chips. Also, the plates kept moving round the table every time we tried to cut something. The cookie chaos dessert was awesome though. The table service was very good and our server was lovely.

10/10The staff were all very welcoming ,good atmosphere and ambience .The food was excellent and plenty of it ,good value for money The food was very tasty and the fish was the best my nearly 90 year old mother has had for a very long time .Really like the Harvester in Morfa ,and certainly will be recommending to family ,friends and work colleagues to try this gem

8/10Good food, friendly staff, service was great. Floor wasn't that clean, food left on the floor although I noticed the tables were wiped down. I found it quite cold in the restaurant.
