9/10Great service and a reliable favourite. Always good, the salad bar is a winner and all at unbeatable value. This branch has a really nice atmosphere and surroundings, too. Well worth a visit.

7/10The food at the restaurant was good and what I expect from the Harvester chain. Going at 5pm is probably not the best time as there are a lot of young children dashing around from their post school meal out. The service was great from one waitress who was helpful in explaining the app to me however, the one that actually served us was nice enough but was struggling to understand basic maths when we were splitting the bill. Of course I will go back as I do like a quick post work meal, but this visit wasn't one of the better ones I've had.

5.5/10Had to wait well over an hour. Understaffed on a busy day. Had to keep reminding staff about our food and had it come in dribs and drabs. One of is waited a lot longer for his food when some of us had finished. An apology would have made a difference.

6.5/10It was busy but the service was very lacking. I spent more time chasing the staff to place a order but kids had fun. I will try it again maybe when it is not so busy to see if it has improved it service.

9/10Food was very good. Excellent value Staff superb and couldn’t have been better service great prices too. Shall be returning again we chose build a breakfast. Plenty of choice and unlimited amounts. Coffee and tea unlimited and toast just great thank you

5.5/10Rebekka our excellent and friendly server was let down by the kitchen who were so slow in preparing our food. Our main course was good but we would have liked to stay for the pudding but after waiting 20 minutes for it to appear we paid and left without it having come. Why have you changed the salad bar from self serve to having the salads issued by a server.

8.5/10The restaurant was welcoming, the staff excellent, the only complaint was that one meal was completely wrong although they did change it, but it meant one person was eating later than the rest. Also on this meal the waffle was unfortunately inedible, so hard it could not be cut. The rest of the meals were very good and thoroughly enjoyed.
