6.5/10The ribs were very fatty and chewy and I wish rhymes baked the rolls like they used to they are stodgy now unbaked yuk The young man serving us and others was outstanding very happy and polite that despite the food quality we still have a tip because he deserved it Food price is very expensive now compare to other family value restaurants

10/10I had Haddock, I’m not a great meat eater & I’m bored with the vegi options, the fish was Superb, really fresh tasting, really lovely, I ate it with my salad choices, Excellent Meal.

8/10We have been eating at the Potters Kiln for many years now and always find it good. The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be wonderful if future renovations could include a disabled toilet. The doors of the present toilets are too heavy for my husband and a disabled toilet would mean not only would it be easier for me to manage the doors but I could go in with him to give the help he needs.

8.5/10Only our second visit in recent years and found it was up to its usual standard. However, our server Louise made the experience a good one. She was friendly, cheerful and helpful when deciding our choices from the menu. This continued with the delivery of our meal right through to our departure when she went out of her way to say goodbye and hoped we enjoyed our stay. She made us very welcome.

6/10There were no jacket potatoes left so I had to have mash. Very limited choice for vegetarians or vegans. We had two mains with no extras and two diet cokes and the bill was over £35. Far too expensive for pub grub!

6.5/10Staff were lovely and couldn’t have been nicer. Very friendly and the place is really nice too. Food was over cooked though, we ordered burgers and they were burnt, black on the outside and chewy. May have had something to do with how busy they were but food was very mediocre. Still a nice place to go though

9/10Granddaughters birthday today & she loves Potters Kiln Lowestoft. The service was great, the food was delicious, there were 9 of us age range 75 years down to 2 years & everyone had a good time. We booked for 12.15 because the 2 year old gets very tired early afternoon & the staff were Brilliant

5/10We have eaten at many harvesters throughout the UK so it was a no brainer to book Potters Kiln whilst away on holiday. The food that was served was not up to the normal harvester standard and was in fact terrible, tasteless and we left nearly all our meals.....Also....after pouring a very watery gravy on my meal it ruined it further and made everything soggy. When we commented on this to the waitress she told us this latest batch of gravy was terrible, really watery and that everyone was complaining...My question was "Then why serve it"?...We shan't be returning.

10/10Every visit has been excellent so far this year as have previous years.Today was excellent, a warm welcome on arrival and from our waitress Crystal. Not rushed to order and when our meals did arrive everything was piping hot and thoroughly enjoyable. Restaurant was spotlessly clean and we look forward to our next visit.

7/10The restaurant was very busy and although the server was rushed off her feet, she was very friendly and welcoming. When our chips came and were cold, she happily replaced them with her apologies for needing to do so. The starters were excellent, main courses were okay. Desserts were good. However, we felt the food was on the expensive side for what we had, with a basic whipped ice cream and chocolate sauce ( advertised as a sundae) costing £4.99… Not the best overall experience.

6/10The atmosphere was good and service great waitress very friendly. I have been to 3 Harvesters and the food was not great. Small portions for the price and vegan / Veggie option not great not presented very well and very dry. My partner eats meat and said his meal was dry and over cooked. I think Harvester over the years seems to have gone down hill.

10/10Dearest all, I consider myself very lucky to have returned to harvester having had a bad day last time and almost didn't go back, thankfully I did. The meal was superb, delivered by a most charming and dedicated young lady whose enthusiasm for the company and charming attitude impressed the hell out of me. I could find no fault whatsoever with the meal which was just perfect

9/10This is a lovely restaurant always busy advised to book in advance. Food is lovely and staff are get friendly also very helpful. The only down side is the menus were a bit tatty and could do with a wipe before being given to the next customer..

8.5/10The restaurant was very busy, we were ask to have a drink and someone would call us. We were called at the time we had booked. The waitress was really friendly and very professional. The food was good and enjoyable. We will be back
