6.5/10service was good, food wasn't. The chips were awful, to the point ,we couldn't eat them, they were soft as if they'd been heated up. considering it was valentine's day, no flowers or anything romantic such as candles on tables etc.

6/10We waited a while for our drinks meal came out pretty quick but then waited nearly 20 minutes for the dessert and then mine was wrong .it wasn't busy so I don't know the long wait .

5.5/10The server seemed more occupied with talking at the bar drinking her coke with colleagues while we kept trying to catch her attention. Then looked angry when one of us went to ask her if we could have dessert menu and then had to find her again for the bill. We were there for 3 hours for just a main amd dessert

9.5/10Ordered from the Ap for a 2course lunch menu. Self service salad bowl for starter, a delicious selection. I chose flat bread with chicken breast and salad with chips. A very good portion. All of this followed by syrup sponge with ice cream. A very good meal, only complaint ,as such ,was the venue wasn't very warm inside.

9.5/10Received a 'free' meal for my birthday when another meal ordered. A friendly welcome and quick service. A delicious starter of self service salad then the very appetising main courses. Needed to ask for a doggy bag as couldn't manage the portion !

5/10The main issue was the air conditioning. It was hot outside and therefore people were dressed accordingly but it was so cold in the restuarant that it spoilt our meal. I asked a staff member if the air con could be reduced and she said unfortunately not. I would have bought another layer or two of clothing if I had realised how cold it felt. Disappointed!

10/10Easy to reserve a table,table was ready.Very,very pleasant waitress extremely helpful,couldn't have done more,food excellant.Can't have been better.Celebrating my daughter and son In laws 30th wedding Anniversary,certainly chose the right place.Thank you again.

3.5/10Ordered original combo. After waiting nearly an hour dor the food.waitress came over and apologised there was no chicken. Would I like some southern dried chicken. My response No. When my meal came up 10 mins later. The ribs were smothered in bbq sauce because the under side was burnt. Didn't fall of the bone the knife couldn't get through the burnt crunchy taste. Called the waitress over again apologies. She changed the ribs straight away. She apologised again and deleted the meal off the receipt. She was very apologetic and was very helpful. It was the worse meal experience I've had in harvester and I've been going there for years. Won't be going back for a long time. Hope they speed up waiting times as well over the hour and half a meal was disgusting. But the waitress was very calm and apologetic .

10/10It was the first time I had been to a harvester for a long time, the food was really good and plenty of it, the salad bar was full with many choices. Then the dessert was very good , I think I left very contented. Would recommend and I will definitely be returning.

7.5/10We had a lovely meal other than the fact the chips tasted like they had been cooked, left to sit and the.n cooked again. Service was great especially as they were very busy, thus didn't complain at the time regarding the unsatisfactory chips.

6.5/10My mum had never been to this particular restaurant and when we arrived we were very happy. The place looked lovely, the lighting and design well thought out and we were given a window seat that I requested. The salad and our starters were good although it is preferable not to have the lettuce swimming in water. However the main meal was a real disappointment. My mother's gammon had been burnt on the outside and still pink inside and in comparison to mine, half the size. Our chips were dry and shrivelled so not much eaten their either. My pineapple was missing off the plate, likely a confusion as my mum didn't want any so given our initial view we felt let down. The Waitress seemed to be waiting on a lot of tables and took a lot of time to come to us during transition. She was however delightful but more staff were needed to support her and the other Waitress we saw running around.

9/10I was told i could not use yums i had accrued as they are Mitchell and Butler and not The Fork so deleted my Emails in disgust so goodbye 2000 odd yums

10/10Really enjoyed our meal here, free salad bar was a nice touch, good selection. My only criticism would be the size of the portions of custard, I have never seen anything so small in my life, the pot was the size of a 50p coin and about an inch deep, I had the Christmas Pudding and it was nowhere near enough custard, my hubby had Apple pie and it came with the same amount of custard, he asked for more custard please, and they bought out another tiny pot full for him, that was only half full 🤦🏻♀️ that said every thing else was perfect 👌

10/10Customer service was excellent. We had someone with us that was dairy free. Everything was gone for eight and doublechecked. Even the salad bar
