the fork is a rubbish website, told me no appointments before 1.30 23/9/24 went on the harvester web site, straight in for a 12.00 appointment. Take my off your site.

Food was disappointing. Jacket potatoe dried out contents brown and over done, I sent it back to get another one which was margionally better. Corn on the cob soggy and full of water. Apple pie, pastry soft, it had obviously been microwaved, custard cold. Not impressed.

The menu was extremely varied so I cannot imagine anyone would not have reasonable choice. Our waitress was wonderful. The first question she asked was if anyone had any food allergies. My friend does, but she had never been in a restaurant where staff asked first. We were very impressed with that. The service was quick , at no point were we rushed. She was extremely attentive and efficient. The last time I was in here I had the opposite experience, but its very noticeable that the whole place and the training has had a huge uplift. It’s like a completely different place.

Do like the restaurant, local to me and have been going there years but quite disappointed tonight as no rotisserie chicken and my daughters cod was really oily so she couldn’t finish it. Staff were amazing and gave us free desserts

Fried onion nest, is now cooked in a metal container, the inside was mushy. This was far better befors cooked [deep fried] this was the only dissapointment.

Booked a table for 7 through thefork.co.uk for a meet up at a halfway point, so after driving 100 miles between us we get there and they have no record of a reservation for 7, despite me receiving a confirmation by email. Whole thing a waste of time. The only good thing was we could a really nice place in Longfield so we'll go there in future and book by phone. Harvester and thefork - waste of time.

Our waitress was very friendly and super helpful. The food was beautifully fresh and tasty. The salad was fresh and crisp. The pudding was the real thing. We were a party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their choices.

We had a lovely lunch. Food & service were perfect. Only thing wrong was toilets were absolutely filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty toilet seats etc etc. Very dusty in the actual restaurant as well. Would come again & hope this review is helpful.

There was a lot of the menu hardly any salad and toilets quite dirty. But the manager was apologetic and waitress very helpful.
