8/10Service was very good especially as they were really busy. However when we got the bill we were charged full price for a £1 child's meal. Our waitress told us all meals on the kids menu are £1 if adults order main meal. What she didn't realise is that not all kids menu meals are £1. I queried it and although she was very apologetic we were only refunded £5. To be fair I was in no mood to challenge it and accepted it. Staff should be trained in what's on for £1 and what's not to save this hassle. Otherwise lovely food and good service

8/10I love the salad. The main menu is rather limited for me as I’m not a fan of red meat. Chicken skewers are nice but only have green chillies on. so could be improved with any other veg. Corn on cob is obviously frozen and so soggy. Staff were friendly and polite and service was good. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Would definitely go back .

9.5/10When we arrived our booking via The Fork app was not registered on the Harvester database and it caused issues for the host to find us a table as it was very busy. We were soon seated and our waitress was very friendly and helpful throughout. Food was lovely and it was an enjoyable evening.

10/10This is our favourite restaurant and use when ever we have an occasion to celebrate, We love the salad bar and staff are very welcoming at our local Harvester, Looking forward to our next visit.

2/10Absolutely terrible!!! The worst that we have ever experienced!!! We eat here quite often but this will be our last visit. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes for food that didn't arrive. No acknowledgement of orders running behind or any other issues they may have been facing, many meal options not available, ladies toilets completely out of order, salad bar really not up to standard just to name a few issues. After numerous attempts to gain the waitress and other staff attention, who continued to take orders around us, we simply gave up and left. Very, very disappointing as this is one of our children's favourite restaurants. A very sad ending to what should have been a birthday celebration meal. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

8.5/10Bank holiday and was pleasantly surprised to find it not over crowded (still busy but not heaving) Liam looked after us exceptional well, couple of bits out of stock but we expected that. Good food deal on for the jubilee 3 courses for £20. Food came out hot and tasty, my only issue is the salad bar, seems to have been downgraded on what’s available and still not allowed to serve yourself (even though you can get your own refill which is next to it) otherwise nice evening, nice food and staff friendly too

4.5/10Tables did not look like they had been cleaned, the salad bar was poor quality and sparse compared to before lockdown, the bread rolls were dry and did not seem fresh, chips were hard. Considering we ate at noon it was very bad.

5/10Rather disappointing. I've been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and never had it so bad. We could not get the salad when we wanted. We had to ask a number of times if we could have some. I had the fish and chips. The fish was thin and greasy. Nothing like it used to be. The chips were minimal in one of those tiny baskets. It was surprising to hear that we had to pay more to get a normal portion. The service was good but only when we got it. The poor woman was totally rushed off her feet. Harvester used to be a good place but it has just gone downhill. It was quality for a good price. Not now.

8.5/10I booked online and specifically asked for a ground floor table due to my parents mobility issues but we were given a table with 3 steps. However, the staff were great & gave us full table service so all good in the end. Food was usual great standard and staff were very helpful. Would visit again.
