It has been awhile since we last ate at the Sea Horse, greeting and service were good they explained a new menu had just been introduced but if i am being honest it was under whelming but i suppose you get what you pay for.

I would have given a review had the restaurant actually been open for business! It is currently closed for renovation and by sure chance someone passed it and let us know otherwise we would have had a completely wasted journey. You need to keep your website updated. I won't bother looking at it again.

The staff serving we're up against it the kitchen was understaffed we waited for over an hour for our main course. We decided to go for a desert but was disappointed because it was still cold most ot was left in the bowl. I think the harvester on reflection would in the not be my first choice.

Nice place for a straightforward meal. Food is simple but good and generous. The ambience is pleasant, parking is easy and the service was excellent. Great for families.

We've used this restaurant on a number of occasions over the last 25 years and always come away satisfied. This time ,although the food and service were good. We were disappointed to find that the chicken skewers, bread rolls and the ice cream were off the menu. All of which one of our party want

Mostly ok only prob was they tried to serve main course two minutes after they served starters ! Then they left them understand the lights for at least twenty minutes while we ate our starters ,sadly the chips and sweetcorn were soggy and not very hot .

It was nice to have space around our table, without noisy children.. presentation of food good. Quality 7/10 as corn of cob wasn’t very nice, usually one of my favourites. The refil soft drinks weak and disgusting. Coffee was poor quality, tasted like cup of warm milk. We will think carefully if we go again.

The food was good but the service was poor, had to wait 20min to order drinks. The girl doing the salad was so slow I think a snail past her she looked miserable and grumpy. If the girl from the door hadn't helped her I think we would still be there.

We arrive early as was not sure how easy it would be to find ,there sat us straight away ,staff was friendly ,food was fresh the only thing our waiter seemed to have lots of tables,so there was a slight wait .food was cooked perfect ,will definitely revisit when next in area
