7/10When the long awaited Main Course arrived, it was burnt. A replacement Main Course was brought after another long wait and was nice.

7.5/10The waitress was lovely, friendly and did her best. Food was tepid, service was very slow. Beef on lunchtime menu was a mouthful, very small portion. Drinks pricey. We won't return.

5.5/10Chicken tacos were awful. Grey scraps of chicken. They then sent the wrong desert. Hallumi tacos were tasteless. Won’t be going back

7/10Although the service was excellent we were very disappointed that the restaurant no longer catered so well for customers who need a gluten free meal. They no longer have gluten free fried foods such as chips. Apparently they only have one fryer since the refurb. I also thought the restaurant was overcrowded and rather noisy.

8.5/10The ambiance was good - service was good under the circumstances! There were large parties in and few waiting staff!! My friends meal was missing a pig in blanket and gravy - she didn’t mention it to staff. My meal was a turkey dinner which was lovely ( except the carrots). Your staff were friendly and helpful under difficult circumstance's.

8.5/10It was my friends birthday and we had a table of 4 the staff were very accommodating and greated with a smile, l had asked to be seated by a window and our request was noted, l have given the water 5 stars he was just amazing nothing was to much, he had a lovely smile and very welcoming amd seemed to really enjoy what he was doing, customer service was 100%, the food was very enjoyable could have been a bit warmer.

10/10It’s a few years since we have been into a harvester due to bad experience in Portsmouth. We tried Staunton and were impressed with all aspects. The food was brilliant, the waitress was great ( sorted our voucher out as it wouldn’t work) , the atmosphere was lovely. Most impressed and most certainly be back.

6/10It took 45 minutes from placing our order to getting our drinks. We had already eaten our salad by then! The garlic cheesy bread looked disgusting the cheese was just an overcooked blob on top of two wedges of bread, looked totally unappetising. Had no tartar sauce to go with the haddock & chips. Tiny portion of peas. Haven’t been for years and not likely to go back again.

10/10Service was great friendly, professional, patient and supportive a great "face" representing the restaurant "10 out of 10" for her service to us and I noticed the same to tables around us. Her name is Kathy, and recommend she deserves a huge hug, and a real asset to your staff. In addition food great, and extremely impressed in value for money. Recommend a visit to all, place was busy but not intrusive to a conversation between my guest and I. Hed their at your next opportunity, I know I shall.

5.5/10Asked for a window table in a not so crowded area. Didnt get the window seat and was surrounded by screaming children. We couldnt hear eachother talk it was so loud. Salad cart was empty Then sat waiting while everyone else ate because my well done steak arrived soaked in blood. £100 i wont be spending there again …disappointed!

10/10Our server was amazing, she was polite, friendly and kind to everyone. We took our 2 year old as we couldn't find a babysitter and she was lovely to him the whole time. Food came quick and tasty. Booked for my mum's birthday and everyone enjoyed the meal and the service Thank you so much Jen you're a star.
