10/10Me and my daughter and cousin had a lovely evening. The food was really good and lots of it. Amber our server was lovely and really helpful and cheerful. Will definitely be going back.

8/10Restaurant was nice and staff very freindly.However, I would like the menu to show gluten free meals.I was offered a thick book to look through for allergens but I didn't want to spend time doing that.Other restaurants have a GF next to meals and you do this for vegan and vegetarian so why not GF or dairy free.

6/10My wife and have been regular visitors here, firstly this review is by no way a reflection on the quality of the food but solely on really bad service and potentially an issue with management or lack of training Really poor service, ordered build your own breakfast which is our go to and 2no coffee,s the toast arrived brown as asked with only marmalade no jam in reasonable time frame , then my breakfast turned up but not the wife’s nor our coffee, also asked for additional toast same as our last request, some 15 mins after my breakfast arrived our coffee arrived then my wife’s breakfast arrived, I had nearly finished my breakfast which is not ideal when you order together and my coffee had clearly been microwaved as it was still very hot after 15mins! Not normal percolated as ordered, then the additional toast arrived not as requested and no butter, after completing our meal my wife felt poorly, we asked for 1no decaf coffee which clearly didn’t happen, my wife is caffeine intolerant and had palpitations, we then had to wait some 10mins for the bill, again the good is great but the service is terrible I would like the management to contact me do I can discuss but I doubt that would happen!! Such a shame as the makeover looks great so disappointed

6.5/10Normally fantastic service and quality value for money, unfortunately this morning being Father’s Day was chaotic through no fault of the waiters but my table 3 out of the 5 breakfasts was wrong, the I had to ask 3 times for the coffee pies to be re filled, it would appear the management let the waiters and chefs down by over booking as they simply struggled to cope and j felt sorry for the waiters and chefs

2/10The whole experience was very disappointing. The service was at best pour with the waitress, not concentrate on what she was doing Wednesday. She set up our table for over 10 minutes chatting. Our food arrived and two of the four meals. The food was cold and when my dessert arrived, that was cold, and then to top it off, they tried to overcharge us.

5.5/10The waitress was amazing, very chatty and couldn’t do more for us, but we did wait over an hour for our food and when we got it it wasn’t really that hot. But by then we were so hungry we couldn’t wait another hour for it to be replaced. Such a shame

8.5/10First time back to the Harvester Tarpots since before the first lockdown. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Good to see the salad bar is not self service, Whilst its not as convenient, the salad bar looks in a far more hygenic state than it ever looked when people were helping themselves and it also looked fresher. Overall a very enjoyable evening and all of us enjoyed the food and the service was particularly good.

8.5/10Me and my husband have not been to the harvester on a long long time as it seemed to have got below average on food and service. But this time around I could not fault it our waiter was a young man named kye (that’s what his badge said ) who went over and beyond with his service this young mania defiantly a credit to this company. Food also was on point.

10/10We booked really late so was really happy to be able to get a table for 11for a family get together. We ate early as that was what was available but at no point were we made to feel like we should hurry up or that anyone wanted us out - in fact we stayed all night and had a really wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed their food and apparently, the drinks too! Staff were really friendly and helpful.
