The lady that served us was lovely but our overall experience wasn’t great. Unfortunately, our order got lost so despite there being only a handful of customers we waited an hour or more for our starters to come out. The lady did apologise but a gesture of goodwill would have been better. When I ordered the rotisserie chicken I was told there wasn’t any but then another customer, who appeared to order after us, ordered it with no problem. I also think we were over charged but we didn’t realise until we got home. We have been to this restaurant many times and always had a pleasant time but this visit did not live up to the usual standards despite it being a very quiet evening.

Food was amazing like always and the service was very quick and speedy. The only thing that I would note down is that we wasn’t asked if we have and dietary requirements or allergies and my partner is lactose intolerant, we knew what he can and can’t have, but from working in a restaurant myself, you need to be on the ball with these sort of things otherwise something serious can happen. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Lovely friendly welcome spotlessly clean very fresh ingredients on the salad bar I liked the way a member of staff filled your bowl while you pointed to what you wanted much healthier safer way and they would refill the bowl as many times as you liked all four meals were very good only downside the rump steak on the mixed grill was totally inedible but the staff could not apologise enough and adjusted the bill accordingly will return its to good not to.

Really enjoyed our evening at the Harvester last night, lots of tasteful Christmas decorations and everywhere very clean. Due to a medical condition, I am limited to a small selection of food and was pleased to be able to have a full plate plus salad with the help from Neet. We also found Lewis helpful and courteous, we will certainly be visiting again.

This restaurant’s service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The waitress dropped and smashed a bowl next to my friend I was dining with, took about half an hour to get us to the salad bar after she said she would, kept staring at us but then ignoring us, didn’t refill our drinks on time, we waited half an hour for the bill afterfinishingg eating, and she took away my starters (2 dough balls left) without asking which meant I lost the food I paid for. I am very disappointed as well as the 3 people I dined with, and will not be visiting again. I would appreciate a refund since the food was not served on time, or matched the price I paid.

Good food, although steak was over cooked ...asked for medium rare and in came medium (not at all pink). Mojito came with no mint or crushed ice, nothing like the picture.
