I was served a burnt jacket potato you couldn't put a fork in and had to wait a long time for a Replacement after asking twice. My husbands chicken was nice whereas mine was dry and very small not good value for money. Disappointed as we were on holiday!!

Certainly not up to your usual standard. The waitresses were obviously training didn't in fact see any experienced staff. Clearly didn't about gluten free . . I susp0ect an inexperienced chef the food any good was the fish.

We asked not to be by the toilet and we were the Only table by the toilet!!!! I wonder why we were asked to choose where to sit, then our choice was not acknowledged!!

Disappointed with our visit, toast came like cold bread and no butter available. No muffin available for eggs Benedict so ended up having to have bagel, which just wasn't the same! An unlimited breakfast was ordered which was the wrong order and having corrected it felt like I was making things awkward. Had this happen before when ordering a couple of different ways of having eggs done. Staff were nice and corrected problems easily but value for money wasn't the best.

There was one thing that we noticed some of us had the menu where you could get 2 courses for a certain price then others had a meal from the main menu, but some meals was called different names but same meal off each menu which confused us and the waiter, so I just check your menus so it doesn’t cause confusion with others other than that we had a lovely time and would return

Food was delicious and plentiful! Our waitress/server Ellah was fantastic. She was clearly very busy and doing 10 things at once, but that didn't deter from her being attentive and delivering exemplary customer service! 10/10

Lovely meal sadly did find a hair in my cheese on top of my burger but this is ok it can happen sadly to the best of us . The way it was dealt with was very impressive and professional offered a new meal ,desert and I didnt pay for my meal . Ive eaten here many times and wouldn't stop me going again
