7/10The food is not cooked enough . The chips need cooking more and pizza dry and garlic bread with cheese too sticky. The staff is good it a pity

4.5/10The meals were expensive for what we received. The tikka masala flatbread was far too hot and spicey to enjoy it. there did not appear to be the coleslaw that should have been with it. The lemon sundae was vastly overpriced, it was only soft ice cream with some lemon sauce drizzled over and a cone plonked on the top. I do not intend to visit a Harvester again to be subjected to an overpriced below standard meal, and my three companions feel the same.

7/10I have been to the Trentham Lakes Restaurant several times, and been satisfied with the service and food at those times. Last night Tuesday 5th March seems to have been a mixed bag. On arrival I waited at the reception desk several minutes before one of the servers approached. She could not find my name on the bookings on the computer and suggested I may have booked at the other Restaurant in Trentham. A second server took over & then found my reservation & took me to my table, where my two guests were already sitting having arrived earlier. The server dealing with our table was great. Very polite and helpful. The food was good as usual but the baked potatoes dish we all ordered was not available after we placed the order. So we had to substitute baked potatoes for Fries & Mashed potatoes. (Note this was 7 p.m. in the evening, not the end of the night). The salad bar seemed sparser than usual with no sweetcorn. Otherwise the food was tasty & our dedicated server was good.

7.5/10We had a nice experience at Harvester, Trentham Lakes. The place was cosy and welcoming as far as the ambience went. They did not have a couple of things that we wanted, such as the Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. However, the portions were fair for what we paid and it tasted good. The service was efficient rather than warm. I would dine here again as it was a positive experience.

10/10We decided at the last minute to head out for breakfast and managed to book a table. We were slightly early but were seated immediately. Unfortunately, no decaffeinated tea is available, but the decaffeinated coffee was good. A mistake was made on my meal but it was rectified within moments and the food was really great.

10/10My family was served by hollie very nice and polite we enjoyed our meal which was cooked the way we liked it by Karl. I would like to say a big thank you for making our night enjoyable even though it was busy due to there being a football match on.

10/10I love dining at the harvester. The service was really good, lovely friendly staff and the food was fresh and tasty. I love the chicken skewers and my son had the burger with ribs. The table was clean and the salad was fresh.

8/10We had the 2couse for 13.99 and 2 refillable drinks when I ordered I read off the small offer menu the girl said you had not got the pudding my hubby wanted so she said he could have apple and custard so I said that was fine when she came with the bill it was £46.35 I questioned this and the second bill was £42.36 I still questioned and the the third bill was £34.88 we had a £20 gift car so I paid the £14.88 left then left the pub very dissatisfied

10/10We hadn't visited the restaurant for a couple of years but have now been twice during the last 2 weeks! Our server, Andrea, was most welcoming and was friendly and professional throughout. The service was excellent, as was the food. Every detail, regarding safety and cleanliness had been covered. Hence, we will certainly be visiting again soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the restaurant to others.

10/10Love the atmosphere of this Harvester, chicken n ribs always delicious, love the salad bar too and the little bread rolls. Our server was DEAN, what a great guy, would come back just to have a laugh with him again, he is an asset to your company!

3.3/10Waited for 45 mins for one starter of breaded mushrooms, waited over an hour for mains (which we chased). When food was served it was cold and very small portions. One meal was a burger with pulled pork and chips. He ONLY thing that was warm was just the pulled pork. Other meal couscous was cold with a semi warm lamb shank stuck on top. Chips had been reheated Peas were cold and had been contaminated with some meaty sauce (which as a vegetarian is outrageous). Service was good until we complained about the food
