5/10Service too slow. Table booked for 12 am and seated at that time ( restaurant not busy then). Meal ordered within 10 minutes but food not served until just after 1 pm.

7.5/10I use the harvester quite alot last night disappointing salad bar we went early doors 4.30 salad bar was practically empty asked staff to refill which eventually they did no bread rolls available actual meal was very nice

5/10A very disappointing meal there today. The service was very poor, the waiter didn't seem to know what he was doing. The food was VERY mediocre and somewhat tasteless. This combined with a customer puffing on a vape (which the manager sorted out) did nothing for the experience. VERY poor in comparison to the normal.

Glasses and bowls were dirty server seen me having to clean round the rim of glasses as soon as I received them and didn’t offer any others, server said he couldn’t do double gammon as they was low on stock, also ordered 2 mix grills so asked does that mean you won’t have any gammon for the mix grill, then to tell me the don’t like serving double gammon I then asked very politely for a double gammon as my autistic son only wanted gammon eggs and chips he then agreed, Had to also go to the till as was sitting there for quite some time for the bill I don’t mind but very unprofessional, not the best service but the food was very nice good portion sizes and deserts were delicious.

7.5/10I had the simply chicken and paid extra for a peppercorn sauce. My chicken was over cooked and very dry and the sauce had a tinny taste to it. Not the best.

10/10The first time we've been will definitely be back. I had a mixed grill, it was great, the salad bar was lovely and fresh. The staff great couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend it to anyone.

5.5/10Although the staff were very friendly, our order got confusing as grandchildren dairy free and we spent a lot of time signing pieces of paper, don't think they had the confidence dealing with allergies. Saying all that, we have used this restaurant a lot and would have no hesitation recommending it to friends.

5.5/10Lovely place and staff friendly, unfortunately the steak was very grisly and chewy and even though the lovely manager removed it from my bill I still walked away hungry!! Very cold in there, no heating on so sat wearing coats.

10/10Booked the table whilst travelling home, and got there on time. We were welcomed and shown to our table, we said two guests were on the way, and they were shown to our table as soon as they arrived. As always the salad bar was delicious and the orders came very quickly. The staff were efficient and very polite, and one of the party couldn’t eat all her meal, it was wrapped for her to eat later. Very happy and satisfied with the quality of food and service.

9.5/10We arrived for our booking to be told we didn’t have one despite having a confirmation and reminder regarding our booking this was somewhat frustrating as our meal was for a 70th birthday. Fortunately the lady on duty quickly jumped into action and organised a table for us. From then On the service was great and food delicious. Our waiter was attentive and Calvert helpful. I think the computer booking system may need looking at to avoid these situations.

8/10The food was great and of high quality, lots of interesting vegetarian dishes and the value for money was good. Service could not be faulted. However, it was a cold, rainy evening and there was no heating at all, apparently it wasn’t working. It was freezing. I do not like having a meal wearing a coat and scarf, it was my 65th birthday meal with my son and his family and this totally ruined it for me. I would highly recommend this rest but not until the heating was sorted.

10/10As usual we were received by very friendly staff . My request for a table close to the salad bar due to our problems walking was respected and we were found a table very suited to our situation. Staff were very considerate throughout our stay.

5.5/10Did not have rossitoire chicken on the menu, your signature dish? Had not onion rings, or butter for the rolls and my corn was ice cold and full water like it had defrosted but not been cooked.

7.5/10Near our table was near an air conditioning unit. For over 50’s, and especially hearing aid users like me, the noise from the unit makes conversation extremely difficult, even impossible. Young people have no trouble and even wonder what you are talking about. This is normal as one ages but is so little considered by designers.

10/10We bought our two grandchildren (7 and 5) who love the Harvester and were really pleased as usual with their dinner. Our grandson (7) does not like chips, so loves the fact he can choose other types of potatoes and our granddaughter loves the build your own Sundae! Our food was really good, even though yet again, I ate far too much salad, so couldn't do justice to the main course.

10/10A lovely place to meet up with friends. The salad cart is a favourite with us. The staff are really friendly too. Good to book ahead as sometimes it's very busy.

10/10My friend and I have enjoyed a really lovely meal here again today. I use a powerchair and as approached the doorway I was greeted by a member of staff who came to open the doors so I could get it. It was a warm and friendly welcome. We sit in the bar area as there is more room for my chair there. All members of staff were kind, friendly and attentive. The food choices were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Highly recommended.
