10/10Had a lovely meal today, with a friend, for my birthday. Food was very tasty and freshly cooked. Salad bar was well stocked. Staff were professional and very attentive.

8/10I was a little dissapointed this time. I have mentioned before that the entrance is not good for prams or wheelchairs. Also, when my chicken arrived the plate was wet, due to the corn on the cob which meant the chicken was wet, so I had to mop it up with a serviette. It spoilt the taste of the chicken and it was a good job the chips weren't on the plate because they would have been spoiled. I wasn't asked if I wanted ice with my apple juice. It came with tons of it which completely ruined the taste of the apple juice. I should have complained about these issues but we were in a hurry. As I said I was dissapointed this time.

6.5/10Salad bar tubs were empty for a while had to ask them to be filled back up. Ran out of salmon and ice cream. Took kids there especially for a sundae on Father’s Day and mums bday and didn’t have the salmon she wanted or ice cream to go with any other of the puddings. Brought me out a full rack in place of that when I asked for half. Still had to pay for it.

10/10Thoroughly enjoyed our meal in Harvester at Willowbrook tonight. Service was fast, food was hot. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The environment was quiet and pleasant.

10/10The staff were very helpful, especially with helping my very fussy son and making sure he had what he liked mixing up the menu! Also, the trainee waitress dealt brilliantly with our difficult order!

9/10This in one of my favourite restautants! It's quite small and intmate. The food is absolutely beautiful. I always have the rotisserie chicken. I don't know how they manage to make the chicken so succulent and moist. Also, our server Callie was so helpful. Friendly and attentive. The only thing which is quite annoying is the access into the restaurant is very bad for wheelchair users because of the way the doors open. However, we now go in and ask the staff to open a different set of doors which both open the same way and with a member of staff holding one or both doors open we can get through it. But over all really impressed and will be going again. Thank you!

9.5/10This was the second visit in a few weeks. I love the Harvester. However. I'm a disabled lady who uses a wheelchair. The front main doors are TOTALLY non accessible. The first door opens inwards as does the second which leaves no space to open the door and get the wheelchair in. This needs to be changed very quickly. On the plus side the disabled toilet was great. And the food was fab.

4.5/10The staff were obviously busy and tried their best but food took a long time o come and when it arrived, the chicken was dry and burnt and the ribs had no sauce on them. Disappointing.

10/10On such a busy day as Father's Day the service was quality. The food was delicious and hot & we didn't wait too long for food to be served. Very happy all round, would recommend this restaurant.

10/10The restaurant was busy, but as we had booked we had no problem. Others who hadn't booked were being turned away (very politely). All the staff were very good and it was great to see the place was really well and efficiently run. The food was all good and also good value, even better value for us as we had a Harvester 50% off food offer. My one criticism (and this applies to too many places these days) is that there was no draught beer (real ale).

10/10The waitress was nice and good at her job. The food was tasty and succulent chicken. We didn’t have the salad as it’s too much for us to eat. Blackberry and apple crumble was delicious.

3.5/10Terrible food, sent back as chicken not cooked very slap dash not as good as other harvesters. Will not return to Willow Brook. They took £5 of my meal but bill still £35.47 wouldn't have given it to my dog.

10/10The staff were very helpful and polite. The lady who served us checked through the meal that all was okay. The food was lovely and hot. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. We will definitely book again.

3.5/10Disappointing service, made to wait outside till half hour after our booking time, ordered from the set menu for 2 courses, after the first course they decided to tell us the puddings weren’t available. Salad cart is a shambles, not allowed to fill your own bowls (really awkward situation!) Won’t be returning.
