10/10We had dinner here. Great selection of food that was flavourful and plentiful. Staff were very attentive and ensured we had a great experience. Special thanks to Tiara and Ibrahim. The restaurant had a good ambience, lighting and decorations were lovely. Will be back again

10/10We tried 4 dishes. 2 starter and 2 main courses. It was all delicious and the place is very clean and aesthetically appealing. We are definitely coming back soon.

10/10Our waitress was polite and attentive, the food was flavourful, tender and delicious. The restaurant (as well as bathroom) was clean, warm and welcoming. I shall CERTAINLY be returning again, hopefully next time with more guests!

9/10There was live music playing in the evening, I liked the decor and the ambience was nice. I will say that the nona colada mocktail was far too milky, it needed more coconut and pineapple. Their mixed grill was spot on, flavourful and a great portion size. I would return again.

10/10The manager and his team were exceptionally attentive always scanning to see if anyone needed anything without shoving over each table. The decor and atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a calm, relaxed chilled feel. The food came relatively quickly considering how busy the place was when I visited. Full of flavour, cooked just right and filling. Highly recommended.

8/10The customer service was very good - very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and big portions so value for money. The restaurant was very busy so sometimes it was hard to get the wait staff’s attention but they were really lovely, patient and pleasant when they were serving or answering questions.

10/10Very warm welcome, delicious hot mezzo to start shared then. Main course wax sea bass very fresh and tasty and my friends had grilled chicken. The Turkish wine was good along with the mint tea. Generous portions, will return.

10/10We were greeted and seated promptly. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and helped us to choose our menu options, allowing for substitutions. The adana kebab was very tasty and not greasy like Moalana or Persian Palace that's nearby. I usually go to Turkish food in North London but this is a good find that's in West London. I would like bread, salad and cacik to be complimentary as they do in North London restaurants but that's the only criticism I have.

10/10even though there was a local power cut on the surrounding resturants were shut, the Haven Grill welcome us in. There were candles on the table, They said they were able to keep open because their food was done on charcoal grills. despite the obvious difficulties the staff had in a darkened restaurant, they were attentive and hospitable and the food they served was delicious.

10/10Wonderful tasty and well presented food. Excellent service. Comfortable modern restaurant. Close to Ealing Broadway Underground Station. Quickly accessible from much of London on the Elizabeth line. Good value and worth the journey.

10/10This was our first time at this restaurant and we must say this was our best decision ever.. to begin with the service was wonderful..we enjoyed the fact that all the staff were so welcoming and they kept talking to us and greeting us with a smile ..the Owner was so welcoming and kept coming to check on us if we were comfortable and most importantly the support staff were so nice and greeted us with their pleasant smile ..Preeti the lady who was serving us and the other support staff whose name I dint take..was just wonderful at their job.. the food was delicious and I have been to many Turkish restaurant but this particular one had such lovely flavours that just melted in your mouth and was very appetising.. please do go and visit this place and make it a memorable one
