5.5/10Advertised 20% off food if paying by cash only to be told this doesn't apply to if you have the buffet. Refused to give me the WIFI password saying it was very slow & you had to be in a certain part of the restaurant to be able to use it.

6.5/10My dish was very salty and when it was replaced the new one was tasteless. My wife’s dish was also very salty but they did not offer to replace it and took 10percent off the food bill we both drank copious amounts of water in the night as we were so thirsty, we don’t normally drink at night

3/10Booked and called 3 times to ensure all was OK as had booked using app with discount. They advised yes all is OK. Once we visited and finished they would not give the discount and had to argue with them. Very embarrassing in front of my guests. Would not recommencement the food or the service or the restaurant in any way what so ever.

Hello sunil, this is sam you spoke to me over the phone to modify the booking. 4 people? Only 3 of you turned up. I don’t know whether you looked properly on the app it said 5+ people 50% off. My staff did not try to have an argument with you and your guests. Honestly next time please read before you book any table at any restaurant. If you have any concerns give us a call and ask for Sam. I want to find out what exactly happened.

4/10samosa chat is smelly and doesn’t have flavour. Paneer gravy has too much color and weird. Naans are dry and some naan types are too expensive. Not worth for money

10/10We have been going to the Haweli restaurant in Ealing for the post 25 years and we have never been disappointed. The many proprietors have always made us feel like family and it is so very refreshing to have people recognise you and welcome you. The food is always good and it’s great that it reflects the origins of the owners, today we had the Bangladeshi flavours.

7.5/10Finally went back to this amazing restaurant - food is sooo good. We'll make sure we don't leave such a big gap between visits and we'll also make sure not to order starters as we were too full to finish our meal completely! Well done to all the team !

7.5/10We were 6 on Saturday night, we ordered some drinks while waiting for the food we ordered. It took a long time to arrive because all were different dishes. But the wait was well worth it, the food was delicious and it did not disappoint. The prices are more than correct around 35 per person including 2 bottles of wine and many beers.

3/10Good selection was minimal and starters eg pakoras were literally just scrap batter, very bland food and service was terrible with lack of communication and basic serving skills

10/10A group of 7 friends had an excellent meal at this restaurant, the attetion from staff was excellent - even Islam, the chef, cam out to make sure we were all happy. The food was exactly as expected and we will definatly be returning to Haweli!
