    Service was good but their were a few food items unavailable and the food was average. For instance, a medium steak was cooked the same as a well done steak. Oysters weren’t the largest.

    The staff were very attentive and polite. The fillet steaks were divine. Two of us had the cast iron fillet medium rare but be warned that it comes more well done. The waiter had explained that it’s cooked more than if you order a plain fillet as it’s cooked in flour and butter. I don’t mind and it was very tasty but my friend likes her steaks more rare so was disappointed. So if you like a rare steak go for a simple steak.

    Steak cremated. Sides cold. Chasing us off our table after 50 mins when we finished eating. Paper towels all over toilet floor. Not a patch on Manchester hawksmoor. Disappointing.

    Food wasn’t great quality. Also we didn’t rate the sides options. Had to ask the waiters when we needed more drinks ect.

    Visited on a Sunday Evening with my steak loving partner.He ordered Prawn cocktail and Sirloin steak whuch was both anazing taste and quality. I chose the Scallop and the Hake( the only fish choice available). On the whole had an enjoyable evening but didnt expect the loads of noice and the vad behavior of children on the tables next to us. Maybe have a child free section at your restaurant.

    Food was good, particularly the beetroot starter which was lovely. We had too long a wait between courses, I accept the restaurant was busy, even so, as the customer, the edge was taken off the overall experience, I will say our waiter made every effort to smooth things, he apologised more than once, and kept us informed, he also offered a free drink, and because we only had a coffee on his offer, he unexpectedly took our wines off of our bill, a gesture that spoke volumes on the restaurant’s ethics, which I applaud hugely, and although the delay tarnished rather than ruined the experience, his gesture keeps me as a Hawksmoor customer, so well done him. The dining room lent itself to a loud environment, so not to criticise, but to highlight, an intimate meal would be hard to have in that setting.

    I've got to say everything was wonderful. The staff bent over backwards for us. Food was tremendous. I honestly can't say I've been treated better anywhere in my 72 years on this planet. Fin was amazing. Soooo accomodating. 👌👌👌👌👌❤️

    The experience from arriving to leaving was absolutely fantastic. The staff, attention to detail, food and ambience were all excellent. Our first, but most definitely not our last visit to The Hawksmoor.

    Beautiful setting, ambience inside relaxing. Service was attentive, polite, friendly and professional. I had the fillet steak (medium rare) along with the fries and a mac and cheese to share. The steak looked amazing, but arrived on a cold plate and was barely lukewarm. It was also done to medium not medium rare as requested. Struggled to get through it as was eating cold steak about halfway through. I was an invited guest to a business dinner and it wasn’t an appropriate time to raise a complaint and distract the conversation to my steak away from my host. Shouldn’t have to, to be honest, no excuses for barely warm steak at such a highly regarded steak restaurant.

    We were celebrating and the greeter asked if we were and the whole team from then on treated us really well even decorating a plate in honour of the celebration and including a free cocktail.

    The steak wasn’t cooked correctly, and very exceptionally salty. Fresh drinks didn’t come with fresh glasses, service was slow. The dress code was really disappointing for an evening meal. Diners had gym clothing on, sports shorts etc This was our 4th visit, and probably our last.

    Sat in our coats due to air conditioning… advised to turn it off but it came back on. Not acceptable given cost and expectation… very disappointing

    Two items ordered, waiting staff reminded during meal, one item eventually turned up, one item never served. Chips only partially cooked. Waiting staff too quick to clear our table, one glass was removed even though it clearly hadn,t been drunk!! This is the 4th time i,ve been here and it was extremely dissapointing taking into account how much we paid!! Don,t think i will be coming back.

    No atmosphere , steak is amazing but sides eg chips are far too expensive making a main meal nearly £50 too pricey for what it is roast dinner meat was spot on but veg was boring and hard ( carrots ) gravy is small portion so makes the dinner dry and roast potatoes x 3 ? Not the best roast dinner compared to other places nearby
