10/10The food of course, but the staff, just outstanding. Went above and beyond, were extraordinarily kind and thoughtful and they really made the experience a 10/10, worth the price, worth it all. Just prepare yourself to eat A LOT.

+1I am speechless. The restaurant is magnificent. Every dish is flawless: the taste, texture, and presentation. The entire team is 100 out of 10. It left only the best memories. It was very valuable to talk to the team and learn about the immense work, effort, and care, as well as the love and passion that stands behind all this splendour. A huge thank and admiration to Hélène, who has created such a wonderful place with amazing people, values, flavours, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. I highly recommend visiting, and I will definitely return more than once!

+1I believe that for the amount of money requested and for the three stars things can be better. For example - the tap water weren't cool or tasty, which is something that most houses can and do deliver without buying bottles. Some of the dishes didn't feel balanced enough, from my recollection - the strawberry dessert wasn't balanced, the sesame felt out of place. We were sitting in the middle of the room and it was way too crowded for some of us to enjoy the meal. Most dishes were very nice and properly executed.

8/10It would have been good to be able to pick some choices from a slightly wider menu. If you don’t like fish, the alternatives have a very expensive supplement charge. Food quality was excellent

10/10There were so many mind-blowing aspects of our dining experience, picking a single one is pointless. The dishes on the mostly pre-set menu were fabulously planned, and the full description of the ingredients added to the enjoyment of every bite. The presentation and tastes on every course were unlike anything I had experienced before. The staff were of course impeccable, while the timing and choreography of each serving was practically on a Cirque du Soleil with precision, while still flowing gracefully. I had high expectations when I made the reservation, and they exceeded all of them. Simply Astounding.

7/10very good food but not always on a 3* level. Wine Prices at 10-15 x retail - prepare to spend at least 500 pounds on a bottle, if not much more. Very good staff and knowledgeable Sommelier.

We enjoyed it very much. We went to celebrate my partner's birthday and was just fantastic - the food, the service and the whole experience. Make sure you have a few good hours so you won't be in a rush. We went for the 7 dish set menu, which actually turned to be at least 10-12. The dishes kept coming including a few "chef's treats" and the tastes were divine. We completely recommend it.

10/10It was a wonderful experience. We had been to the restaurant in Paris in October and decided we had to go to London. In Paris we met Helene. We invited our friends to join us in London. While Helene was not there, in London, we were Invited to the kitchen, it was an amazing experience that I will never forget. Everyone is amazing and they make you feel like royalty. We came from Canada to London to dine here. Worth the trip!!!

10/10Had the 7 course and it was an amazing experience. Everything was absolutely delightful flavour wise as well as presentation, service and flourishes. Would definitely recommend this as an experience to anyone who wants to have their tastebuds delighted. Of course there is a matching price to pay with such an experience but we felt it was worth it.

10/10Great from the start to the end: big thanks to the (mostly Italian) staff. Great food, original flavors and textures and great service. All dishes remarkable, with 2 or 3 which particularly stood up for our taste (eg the Choco dessert, the ‘bonus’ foie gras, the scallop)

+6The interior design and decor of the restaurant is spectacular. The service and staffs were exceptional. Wine list is rather overpriced. Food was good but not great. The flavour of the sauces are too overpowering at times, especially for the lobster and sea bass. The surprise foie gras dish turned out to be the best of the night.
