Hilton Brighton Metropole

We booked bottomless brunch for 4, and the service was impeccable. We were greeted and seated at a lovely table next to the window. The waiting staff were very attentive at topping up our glasses, and letting us know when we were coming to the end of our time limit. Unfortunately the food was very poor, all 4 of us were disappointed with our meals. I chose the smashed avocado, with poached eggs. The toast was a thick wedge of bread that was only toast on one side, the avocado was not smashed, but more of a smoothed puréed texture, and the eggs were hard and cold. One person ordered the trout and egg, only to be told a while after ordering that there was no trout available so they could offer salmon instead. There was also no Parmesan in the salad as advertised. Another person ordered the vegetable omelette that was not fluffy and light as advertised and was flat and poorly cooked. It also appeared the only vegetable in it was watery aubergine. The 4th person ordered the pancake stack, which were dry, bland and overcooked . Overall the service was brilliant, and the experience was lovely but let down by the disappointing food.

Went for bottomless brunch. This was the second time i've been and it was brilliant again. Staff are amazing. Nice atmosphere, nice food and staff constantly keep your drink topped up. They also give you cranberry and orange - would definitely recommend

Not enough selection of food dishes , vegetables were basically carrots the meat was either beef or gammon the food was cold also the cheese biscuits were stale .the jazz was to loud people next to us asked to be moved , the temperature in the dinning room was so cold we had to keep our coats on throughout the meal. We have been there before quite a few years ago and it was very nice but afraid we will not be returning again .

Very good meal. Excellent choices in hors d'oeuvre and the roast beef melted in the mouth, there was also excellent gammon. Lovely little sweets and a good selection of cheeses. No limit on quantity and good value for a total of £24.95 perperson. Lovely table in the sunny window facing the seafront and attentive manager. The 3 piece jazz band played delightfully during our Sunday lunch.

Lovely brand of prosecco. Tasty bloody Mary. Delicious pancakes.
