6/10We had booked a table for 5:30pm but they didn’t have our reservation on their list so we were made to share a table with another group which was ok since there were two hotpot stations. The servers then rushed us to order repeatedly coming over to ask us what we want when it hadn’t even been 2 minutes. We got what we ordered and then the servers began to rush us telling us to dump all the meat and side dishes at once since there was a reservation at 7 that they needed to prepare for. One server in particular kept coming over and grabbing our utensils and food to try and put them all in at once, mind you we’ve been sitting 20 minutes only. Like the that one server would send in all the other servers every like 2 minutes and they would take the utensils and try to plate the food for us even though we told them we were alright by ourselves. Absolutely horrible experience given we spent over £100 between the 3 of us.

10/10AMAZING EXPERIENCE ALL THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE... FOOD WAS FRESH AND PLENTY...STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE....WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK....LOVE THE AMBIENCE TOO.

8/10The restaurant’s lovely. It just so happened that the manager, who I think it is, could have showed a little respect about us orderin a non vegan broth, instead of blaming it on me. Apparently there was a misunderstanding regarding allergy and non vegan confirmation, so thats why I just said yes by then. I was thankful for him sayjng that the food that I’m eating is raw, but I think the way he said those words to me, is unlawfully and unpleasant to our ears. Me and my friends are just having a good time and tryin this recommended hot pot shop, but I think it turned out a disaster. This manager should learn a thing or two regarding manners. I know coz I am manager as well. Cheers

i went for my birthday & really enjoyed it! good selection & halal meat was excellent :) staff were helpful but not that approachable, just a bit hard to catch their attention.

Service was ok. We ordered 10 items of hot pot food + 2 BBQ squid. Food quality was generally good, except the snowflake fatty beef sirloin, beef tripe and the squid that we ordered. The price for sirloin was £15.8 and it actually looked like normal topside beef without any fat/marble - it was completely not the same as seen on the menu. When I asked the waiting staff, they said it was the same kind of beef which I really doubted about it. The beef tripe was too thin and rubbery chewy. The BBQ squid was too spicy/salty and chewy. Given that I had 50% discount on food through booking with The Fork, I have no complaints.

10/10Decided to celebrate my birthday at Hotto Potto and it was a great find! The waiter/waitresses were super friendly, helpful and attentive which made the whole experience lovely. I really like the small detail for example how the dishes were presented and I like the idea of shared platters. Would definitely recommend :)
