7/10The restaurant was attached to a hotel and a very loud bar. However the food was excellent!. The service was excellent and unlike me my husband was thrilled he could see the rugby in the bar

5/10Totally bereft of any welcome or greeting and staff seemed very confused about where I should sit and I was moved twice. Food was acceptable but nothing special and service a little haphazard!

+1We didn’t know that this restaurant was actually inside the hotel, so struggled to find it at first but when we did, we were not disappointed. Hubby had mussels for starter , which he said were so tasty and thren ‘cote de beouf’ steak, which he said was probably the best steak he can remember and such gr8 value with upto 50% off food too, makes this eatery a location you should visit if you enjoy freshly cooked steaks at their best. Lovely surroundings too.

6.5/10I have eaten at Hudson’s House on many occasions & had a decent meal but tonight sadly wasn’t one of them! We were not asked re allergies.. had to advise re intolerances then given wrong advice re meal ingredients. My daughter ordered the steak which was really below par and disappointing.. informed the waiter several times but no apology or replacement offered. I ordered the salmon which was good .. but he didn’t bring my “seasonal veg “ on reminding he came straight back with a bowl of veg ( covered in butter!) that was stone cold!! They obviously have them pre prepared and microwave them .. waiter took it away and same bowl came back boiling hot ( microwaved!) overall it was an extremely disappointing meal - to top it all the fork discount wasn’t applied to the bill but over £9 service was !( total bill for one steak and chips and one salmon no drinks over £70! I asked for the bill to be adjusted - which it was.. I felt that even 50% was too much for what we had!

10/10We needed a restaurant close to the Dominion theatre. Found this place on google maps. Easy to find, just a few minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station. Friendly staff, clean, tidy and a relaxing environment. Food was perfectly cooked and tasted lovely. Would definitely visit again.

6.5/10No mention of a 15% service charge add on to original bill, which equalled £35!! This is a misleading charge as no mention of it when booking. Service was average, all 4 of us had steaks, and we had to ask for steak knives. Overall, food and service Not bad but certainly not great , and won’t return even on this offer as service charge nearly cancels out the 50% off.

4/10This restaurant is understaffed and needs a complete overhaul in terms of decor. The food was just OK. The waiter tried hard but he had so many tables he just couldn't keep up. Drinks were mediocre.

9/10Food was outstanding! We were surprised at how delicious everything was… the service was fantastic too We were a bit confused finding the location- have to walk through a bar to reach eating area Plus the bar was crowded and noisy But once inside the experience was excellent Great atmosphere and staff were fab! We had mussels, burger and fish and chips Everyone was in raptures after eating Mainz so we had to try dessert - apple crumble, sticky toffee and chocolate brownie …we were very very happy with Hudson House It’s highly recommended 😍
