With yums the plate is the middle than usual , in the picture of the fork app the lobster with pasta was the double. Very expensive for the quantity of the food

Had a lovely lunch with a friend, excellent location and they’ve got something for everyone on their menu. Lots of sumptuous Italian staples as well as some interesting interpretations and fusion options. The service was fantastic through and through, and the space was very well appointed and maintained. Will definitely be back soon!

The Crusted tuna and the sea bass ceviche were delicious however my friend ordered the flatiron chicken which came as a large thin strip of dry chicken. When she sent it back the server was extremely helpful and apologetic. She then ordered the cauliflower which came flavourless and unseasoned. My friend ended up having fries as her dinner as she didn’t order anything else as two tries was enough. When the bill came the cauliflower was still on the bill (she took two bites and told the server she didn’t like it and he took it away). Overall my food (the tuna and ceviche) was delicious but the evening was dampened by the lack of care by certain employees. The original server (Fernando I think was his name) we had was very helpful, apologetic and understanding. He tried his very best to help my friend enjoy her time. Every time our wine glasses were empty he was there within seconds to top them up. He’s very professional and I can’t fault him. He was fantastic and our bad experience had absolutely nothing to do with him. But the last server was rude, unattentive and made us feel unwelcome. Rolled her eyes when we asked to move outside after paying the bill. We will not be returning.

Very good for drinks great atmosphere, a touch loud based for us but I think most ppl would be fine. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing, the quality is very average at best, very expensive even with 50% off the food bill because the food was so bad. We spent c. £70, at that price point anything else would have tasted better. If you want drinks, by all means this is a great place but if you are looking for nice food then looks elsewhere.

The courtyard is beautiful with lights and lovely tables. The service however is awful. We arrived at 2:50pm, we didn’t get our food until 4pm. I don’t know what happened but something went wrong, we had to ask where our food was after an hour of waiting and no starters! There was only 2 other tables when we arrived. A table that arrived after us, received their food, paid and left before we had ours!! The servers were not apologetic and not pleasant. The only good thing is the decor, it is very pretty. However, even when the food came out my friends pasta was hard! How can it be hard when we waited over an hour ?! Not good for the price they are charging.

The restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food/service. More importantly, the outside dining area is crawling with rodents - apparently it has been an issue for years and there and according to the manager “it comes from the outside and we can’t do anything about it”. Full ratatouille experience guaranteed.

It sounded like they were having a party in the kitchen, quite loud noises and voices that could be heard in the very quiet (and nice) dining room. There were plenty of staff not doing much: a few waiters (more than 1 per table, as the place was really empty on a Mon night), people behind the bar, the hostess... That felt a bit strange. The food was ok, not amazing. With the Fork discount it was an ok deal. Very cozy atmosphere and great location.

The manager spent most of the time we were in the restaurant eating his lunch while standing at the bar. When not eating, he casually chatted with non-patrons. The flowers at the entrance were dead. The Cacio y Pepe was drenched, swimming in sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly and would have been excellent with less than a quarter of the sauce. Overall, other than our waitress, Catherine, a total disappointment!

Went for a 50th birthday - the staff were very kind to help me take a cake over beforehand to the restaurant and store it in their kitchen. They sang happy birthday too and brought it over at the end of the meal. Thank you hush and team.

Having eaten here over many years the place just keeps hitting the mark with great service and food. We had the salmon and beetroot salad to start and the prawn curry and chicken in bread crumbs for mains and both had the baba to finish a definite winner as we had it four weeks earlier and loved it.

In no way would recommend dining here with the fork's 50% off deal. Truly a case of if it's too good to be true it will be. Table not ready on arrival, pretty small tables for 4 diners, oversized menus and confusion across front of house for who's serving which table but these aren't that big of a deal for a discount meal. It was what we were served. The RRP £38 rib eye was a 5mm slice of ribeye that could only have been cooked medium or well done despite us being asked how we wanted it. Served with a small dribble of bisto gravy???? And 5 small singular chips per plate!!! Laughable. Maybe the case for non 50% off customers is different but if not then this could be the most overpriced menu for a restaurant I've ever seen. The quality of ingredients, cooking and service were terrible. I'd accept 1 of the 3 being bad for the discount price but all 3 is a joke. At a discount rate you're encouraging new customers to try the food in the hopes of them returning... but I cant imagine why anyone would ever want to go back here.

A beautiful restaurant with attentive and pleasant staff. We ordered a range of starters to try the range of foods. We had to send back the calamari as it was overcooked and without flavour. Similarly, the chicken starter was somewhat bland. We did have good service, though had to chase occasionally. With the food we returned - there was no suggestion of replacement or alternate choices. Similarly, no one returned to ask if we'd like additional main courses. They dd provide a piece of tiramisu to mark the birthday celebration we'd attended for. Worth trying with the Fork offer - but not somewhere we'd return to.
