2.5/10The food quality is very poor. Miso soup was extremely salty and the broth with no flavour. Singapore noodles had nothing to do with that dish. Instead of rice noodles there was chow-mein, no prawns and couldn’t taste the curry flavour at all. Karaage dish was just fried chicken balls and again had nothing to do with the original Japanese dish. Sushi as well, too much rice on it. The interactive screen on the table is not very user friendly either. Service is slow. Our last order was cancelled, despite we were told to proceed. After we complained, we received half of it. We were 4 people. Food set menu was £ 159.80 (£39.95 each), but the food value is a quarter of it. Drinks are extremely expensive. A pint of Asahi is £8.95, half pint £ 4.95, a mojito £ 16.45. This is outrageous. And the final surprise was the service charge applied to the bill, 15%. Our bill was £ 260.36. I wish I knew about this and I would have never set my foot in that place.

8/10Was really quick service from the moment we ordered food arrived within 10mins. Was different interactive experience with table ordering and games. Enjoy all the veggie dishs that I had. Some of the meat ones were not all that according to my friends. They have gluten free options too.

5.5/10Food was ok but portion weren’t. Too small for the price. Really difficult to navigate the touchscreen table and every time taking you to the top of the menu. We had the fork promotion and we were told only one hour to eat. it felt very rushed. The waitress was taking our plates right after we emptied them. They didn’t include the discount on the bill so we had to ask for it.

8/10Lovely fresh food and the concept of technology on the table and for ordering is great, but it would help to have lights on table as for some food it was hard to see what you are eating. Service was hit and miss and when you ask for extra things like water , soy sauce they seem to say yes , forget and need reminding , but generally a good setting and good food well presented.

5.5/10Had an early evening meal here as a couple on a 50% discount deal from fork. The digital tables were an interesting touch, and we're a fun distraction. The food was very overpriced so the discount was essential! Our mains came spread across 30mins, and we were kindly treated to free drinks to compensate which was appreciated. Food was good but not great. The staff were attentive and polite, but overall it just felt very scruffy, too dark, overpriced and not somewhere we felt had an authentic Japanese feel.

2/10The quality of the food was shocking dispute the extortionate prices even with the fork discount. The fish was not fresh and the sushi came out moments after we ordered it and you could tell it had been laying there all day. The service was terrible, we rarely never tip but we did not leave a tip this time. The gaming tables are difficult to use and you cannot play games with the person across from you ( I assumed this was the whole concept). I am very disappointed in this restaurant and I would not recommend it to anyone. Tourist trap.

2/10Probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Should have listened to the diners at the next table - they advised us to leave before ordering as they’d had such a terrible meal. From start to finish, this was a disaster. Welcome from staff was cold. Ordering from a huge tablet integrated into the table proved troublesome and awkward. It doesn’t work! Literally ten seconds after pressing ‘place order’, our first plate of food arrived. It was thrown onto our table by the waiter. The food was cold. The next few plates of sushi arrived in a similar manner, at random times. All dishes were completely tasteless. The rice in the sushi was stodgy. We ordered a bottle of wine (the cheapest we could find was £45 a bottle!!). Despite asking for it three times, it didn’t make it to our table. After 30 minutes, we cut our losses, cancelled the wine order and asked for the bill. They even had the cheek to add a 12.5% service charge. There was zero service so that was soon deleted. Disasterous!

2/10On arrival the greeter said she didn't have my booking and perhaps at another branch !@ The food was of small poor quality portions even with 50% discount. Drinks so expensive we ordered 2 teas they couldn't even get that right ,1 was served had to ask for the other one and 15 mins later 2 more arrived ,which we sent away.The pork belly was literally just fat !! We ordered 2 main courses, Udon and a plate of Sushi the upon arrived almost immediately, still waiting for my food some 15 minutes later I told them to cancel and can we have the bill!! Omg ,no Fork discount ,3 teas and nearly 10 pounds for SERVICE ???It took the poor waitress 4 visits to whoever supposedly does the bills to get it corrected!! I found the whole experience very impersonal and sloppy,I had thought by the high prices being charged this was a high end proper restaurant but the experience was more golden arches !! We were even told 90 minutes for the table as we sat down,which I think is very fast food!@

2/10We booked 10 minutes before arriving at the restaurant on the 50% deal. They didn’t have our booking at the door. We suggested that perhaps the system hadn’t updated. We ended up having to go around the block to try to get signal to see if I could find my confirmation email. I would’ve just walked away then if I wasn’t concerned about getting a “no-show” on my profile. Once inside the ambience is horrendous on a summer’s day. Totally dark and the glow of the interactive tables means you can’t see the food - we were getting our iPhone torches out to see what we were eating. The salmon was not fresh, had that stale ammonia old fish taste. The truffle hamachi had no truffle and was all red onions, an ingredient that I can’t eat and wasn’t listed on the description. The California roll, pictured finished with tempura flakes, had none, was bland. The pork so salty we couldn’t finish it. We paid and left. This place is gimmicky - take your kids but avoid if you want a good meal out.

4.5/10Should have read the reviews on TheFork before booking. Soggy tempura prawn sushi, gluggy rice that should be fluffy and soft, horrible UX design on the table menu which forces you to go back to the top of the menu every time you click back. Full review left on Google Reviews. Take it from an Asian, avoid! Don't even bother with the 50% promo. Rating should be significantly lower than 4.5/10 but staff are friendly which needs to be recognised.

2.5/10The food was not worth the 50% offer, and now I understand why this restaurant was part of this offer. We found the general setup of the establishment not very hygienic and we feared the Sashimi Platter would give us get food poisoning. In addition, we found that the rice for the sushi rolls were too firm and the rice did not taste fresh and fluffy. Moreover, we ordered the Beef Tataki and found that the rocket was very bitter. I personally would not recommend this restaurant or go back to the establishment until they improve the quality of the food.

5/10Unfortunately, the computer system/ordering system did not work, even after asking to be fixed. The staff tried to help, but being all so connected to the system, we ended up only having 2 dishes out of 6. All the other orders got connected to another table.

5.5/10Overall disappointing , table was late and we were ushered down stairs to a rather dark and dirty bar , not offered a drink so just sat there, the gadget tables were not really working well and the food came in a sporadic order , then forgot two dishes and they eventually they turned up, staff pleasant enough but overall average

4.5/10A sushi dinner is typically about the experience of good and service. Both lacked. Only interaction with human is if screen to order on messed up or when food was delivered. We 100% would not have come if we knew this “restaurant” operated only off screens. Very disappointed, not to mention over priced compared to true quality sushi restaurants

2/10I was bounced at the reception because they would not allow me and my friend in the same table if we didnt have the same menu. I wanted sushi and my friend doesn't eat fish so we just had to leave. This is just ridiculous! Time wasted

Unfortunately the T&Cs on all our unlimited menus specify that all guests at the table must dine from the same menu, as we have had issues in the past where guests look to have fewer guests dining from an unlimited food/drinks menu and then simply order for everyone at the table to eat/drink without paying. The unlimited sushi menu has 8 dishes that are vegetarian or contain prawns and no fish, so your friend could have dined from those and had a good selection. Sorry if the team did not explain this.

4/10I booked for an unlimited tapas and sushi with my boyfriend. The whole experience was awful that I regret having dinner in this place. It's very clear that I booked for 95 mins seating but we were rushed while eating. We use the apps to order and 3 orders each so we ordered 6 per items in total. 1st order was ok, on the 2nd order most of our orders was not delivered. And we're about to order on the 3rd order when we are informed that we only have 15 mins left and they straight away billed us. So we are shocked because we just sat down for an hour but they said that it's only for 75 mins upon ordering which was not mentioned at the begining and clearly my booking indicates 90 mins. In the middle of meal the waitress well started taking soy sauce anf wasabi plates when we're not yet finish. So I told my boyfriend to maybe do a quick order and request for another top uo of wine which we did. So the last order was not delivered and we request for one more top up up wine and The waiter told us our time is finish. We are really shocked with the service we receive to that fact that we paid more than £100 for the buffet and yet we felt like we were being rushed. We've been in this reataurant before and the reason we came back again because we receive a good service. It's not a promo/deal compared to what we have that was a promo deal. I wont come back here again definity. I wont recommend with my friends, family and colleagues either.

6.5/10Some of the dishes we ordered never arrived, we repeatedly asked for drinks as they didn’t arrive. I had notified in advance of the booking that it was our daughters 18th and asked for a small plate of desserts with a sparkler but that didn’t arrive either so had to remind them while our daughter had popped to the toilet !!! There was not a dedicated server to the table so every time we had to chase our requests it was some one different and they didn’t understand ! We were only a table of 3 and still paid £152.00 with only one person drinking beer and two on soft drinks we were charged a service charge that they did deserve

5/10An interesting restaurant. The tech is good and sure keeps kids entertained, by the looks of it. As a couple we wanted good food, one dish was good and tasty the other was far too hot (spicy) and the quality of the chicken was poor (chewy and tough). The drinks were very expensive and not clear what you were getting (single or double).

6/10The restaurant can only be interesting for parents going with kids. The interactive menus will keep them busy. Otherwise, ordering all yourself makes it uneasy, the food is really overpriced, not to say the wine! I paid 12 pounds for a glass of white of very poor quality. And the worst for me was that you can keep your table for only 1,5 hours. I will not reiterate the experience...

7/10The food was tasty and the staff very friendly. We’d booked the Asian Buffet but they recommended the a la carte and were spot on. We spent less and had a better choice. I would say the environment is very ‘worn’. It has a student vibe… trashy but good grub… if that makes sense. My asian wife and 8 year old daughter really enjoyed the experience and for family with tweenies it was fun.

5/10Will not go here again. Queued up out side and were seated at our table at least 10 mins late. At 6.25 a bill for £240 was thrown at us and were were told to leave. In the small print they state the table is ours for 1hr 30mins. However, there were plenty of empty tables and no one waiting. When, we explained that we had not had our allotted 1hr 30, staff said that was down to people like us leaving the table late! Staff were rude at the end. Took the shine off a nice family day out.

6.5/10The food was fine but the service was awful. I waited 20 minutes to be told they didn't have the beer I'd ordered. The staff had no service skills, no charisma, no professionalism, it's like they hadn't been trained in customer service. And the food is very expensive. I don't mind paying high prices if it's worth it, but this was not worth the price. I presume you're paying for the gimmick of the interactive tables. I would not visit again.

6.5/10The food was genuinely not nice which is a real shame. Korean wings are just normal in the traditional sauce, that is not Korean at all and were pretty disgusting. Only 3 wings for £14 too. Chicken lollipop was just battered and lacked flavour, this is not proper indo Chinese chicken lollipop so quite disappointing. Bbq ribs tasted like the Korean wings and not actually bbq, the portion was good yet the flavour was so bad we had over half left. Also they don't do doggy bags so don't over order as a lot of food went to waste which we would have taken home for others to try yet couldn't. Lamb yakitori was by far the worst it tasted like water and was so tough, zero flavour. Little moons were old, the exterior should chew and not crumble, that was very concerning. Out of everything there was one glimmer of light and that was the sichuan chicken, this was very nice and a very good portion size. I would recommend 2 small dishes and one sharing dish and then if needed to do a reorder, food arrives in like 5 minute honestly so quick. But more so I wouldn't recommend going, the table games are super limited and boring within 5 minutes
