    Food was ok. Incredibly overpriced for mediocre food though. The concept is great, however the touch screens are laggy and not very good. Probably could do with an upgrade. happy we only paid 50%. I would have been fuming if I'd paid full price. And also they charged an extra fee per person to use the tablets which they never told us about at the beginning. Whilst this was only £1.50 per person it would have been nice to have been Nice for this to be outlined before

    A beautifully arranged sushi platter featuring various rolls with cucumber and crab, colorful pieces of salmon and avocado, and a rose-shaped slice of salmon, accompanied by wasabi and pickled ginger.
    Creamy panna cotta topped with a glossy berry sauce and garnished with a fresh mint leaf.
    A variety of sushi rolls including salmon and cucumber, crab with avocado, and salmon sashimi, presented on a dark slate surface.
    Sushi roll with fresh salmon and cucumber, wrapped in slightly sticky rice and topped with sesame seeds.

    food was great especially vegan salmon which is a rarity

    Staff was good in listening to our preference to have sauce on the side as my daughter hates mayonnaise. however the tempura sushi was served cold as compared with other restaurants it's always serve warm and hot. upon my complaint they serve us a new tempura roll . I was shocked with their size of roll as it has only 4 slices. Other restaurants will serve 8 slices of sushi for a normal roll. They gave us the bill without me asking for it which I find rude. Upon checking the bill I saw they charge us £1.25 plus service charge for using their interactive table. I disputed it by refusing to pay the service charge. Overall 50% off was still pricey to have lunch! our bill came to £28 ish.

    The venue has a nice ambience and service is reasonably good, however it's seriously let down by the food. The quality and quantity is well below what you expect for the price on the menu, saving grace was it was part of the fork festival discount. The duck was super dry and over cooked the brisket and pork were mostly potatoes with virtually no meat, tamarind mushrooms were just overpowered by sugar, only the oriental slaw was flavorable. Truly disappointing and definitely won't be going again.

    This was the worst experience I ever had on The Fork. Bad on pretty much every level. Will never return.

    The service was excellent and the environment was interesting - the interactive tables were fun. I'd have been annoyed had I paid full price for the food (especially so close to Chinatown where real Asian food is so good), but with 50% off it was fine - a bit bland, but the portions were good, and the bill was reasonable (with the 50% off I must stress). A perfectly good experience.

    Daniela "different and unusual eating experience. Food assembled at your table by friendly staff who explain things as they bring the food. interactive tables are Fun to play games, kids and parents heaven this place; as they all can enjoy games and bottomless brunch together . must try in Soho, London.

    The touchscreen menus aren’t great as they didn’t really work. Ended up going old school & asking for a paper version. Food was quite expensive for what it was. I booked through the Fork for the 50% offer but this wasn’t shown on the bill & when I mentioned this they said we didn’t have it, but luckily I had the email proof. The service for Cocktails was quite slow. Definitely wouldn’t pay full price for the food. The Singapore Noodles was actually Chow Mein as this was cooked with Egg Noodles & not vermicelli.

    If you want to charge that much money for your food, at least improve your digital tables. Awful and kept causing errors. Staff never once looked at the call service button. Were rushed out the door after. Won’t be returning it’s gone so badly downhill.

    the food took very long to come, one item didn't come. they charged us for something we didn't have. drinks are overpriced and so is food! prices on menu on fork not up to date!

    The food was ok. I particularly enjoyed the prawn noodles but everything else was really not worth the price and can be found cheaper elsewhere. Found ordering from the tables hard work. Drinks were more expensive than anywhere I've been recently so we stuck to tap water. Food came fairly quickly but it was hard to get anyone's attention- I kept pressing the call waiter button on the table but no one came so I had to call the person over so not sure what the point of the button was. We couldn't get any of the games on the table to work so just felt frustrated.

    Quality of the food in the restaurant is very low. They are using very cheap ingredients and serve us cold & old food. There is no actual menu and you need to order from table panel. (Guests are struggling with placing the order) It’s not hygienic at all. Tables in the restaurant are pushed to each other and you don’t have privacy to eat. We didn’t finish our dinner and me as a Chef was very disappointed.

    We had to wait for 10 minutes so they could get our table ready whilst there were 10 empty tables. Food is overpriced and the quality is average. Digital tables are very buggy and very hard to use.

    Great service by the staff who are trying to deal with so many tables. However food is sub par and all dishes felt like they had been cooked before and then reheated. Taste was average and only worth the visit at 50% off.

    The food was incredibly overpriced. It was only ok with the 50% discount from Fork. But definitely not worth the full price. The restaurant was very hot and the accoustics so bad people had to shout to hear each other.

    Cheap Chinese takeaway served in a restaurant. The sushi was cheap, with white rice that had been cooked so long ago it was like a brick (you couldn't even tell the grains apart). The deep-fried chicken was drenched in all sorts of questionable sauces. Embarrassing. The server was nice tried his best, but it still took over 30 minutes for the last dish to arrive. Too expensive even with the 50% discount. Sorry guys.

    Nice ambiance, just be aware 90min table occupancy. The menu is digitally installed on table, not easy at first but fun. Food OK not great, just be aware of big portion, even tapas are big.

    Very friendly greeting on arrival. We arrived earlier than expected, but we where able to be seated for 6instrafy of 6.30. restaurant got full quickly. My only two downer where, the food came at different times and the drinks came in the middle of dining. Otherwise food was tasty. I would recommend budget for 2 dining roughly £90 with surcharge.

    Very disappointing first visit. Two dishes arrived cold, as well as the rice, the serving dishes are plastic so I assume this may be a reason why, that and the air conditioning blowing out across our table. A fried chicken dish was so dry and tough!! It’s an interactive table menu - would be good to have the whole table order showing on everyone’s seat as you’re constantly checking what’s been ordered , to see it all at a glance would be helpful and also stop dishes orders by mistake. Not sure I was totally happy about the automatic service charge that was applied. In a way I wish I’d taken this off. I’d be happy paying this if our complaint of cold food wasn’t dealt with so poorly and some slowing down of the dishes coming out of oils be helpful. I’m hindsight, we should have ordered a couple of dishes at a time, we didn’t expect a whole heap of dishes to just keep on arriving all at once. All in all a disappointment and I so wanted it to be great. The food was just ok, nothing special at all and actually a lot of it was poor.

    Fast food in a hurry! Service excellent; food pretty good; ambience - about as good as any other fast food restaurant. We did find the interactive table menu's quite fun but it's not somewhere we'd go for a romantic dinner.

    A bit disappointed because as per confirmation from The Fork we are booked at their Soho branch and when we got there we were told that we are booked at their Covent Garden branch so they refused to accept us so I rang their main booking line and I was told that it is showing Covent Garden but they should be able to accommodate us there since they have a lot of available tables. It would have been easier if they offered us a table instead of making so much fuss.
