10/10Delicious food - beautifully presented and great taste. Meghan looked after us in your Windsor restaurant and was very personable and helpful with menu adaptations. It’s a lovely setting too.

10/10Really good service! Megan was so helpful as we were trying to decide what to eat - and her recommendations were delicious! The food was great and different to what you get elsewhere, the setting was lovely and the variety of options meant there is something for everyone.

6.5/10Went for a birthday party celebration Oct ‘24. The service was good until there was a mix up with the food order taken and one of the waiters was rude and with a raised and heated time, to us, arguing that the mix up was ours, when in fact his list was wrong. He did apologise afterwards. Other than that his service was good and the rest of the staff very pleasant. Food was a 3/5 with not too much flavour and the sushi bland. Nice atmosphere and seeing.

9/10We already visited the Intoku in Reading and we had a good experience. The ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant. The staff was really friendly and intuitive, the staff asked my husband if we were celebrating a special occasion and we were there for our anniversary but did not mention it on our booking. They surprised us with a free dessert with a candle and greeting us a happy anniversary. The food was great but I was a bit disappointed that they discontinued the calamansi soy sauce with the chicken mango inasal dish. They also don't offer ramen dishes anymore. Also, they only had one high chair which was in use when we arrived. It was not very child friendly, they don't have any activity sheets for children either. Service time was a little slow given that they were not that busy. Despite my disappointments I would still give them a 5 star for the service and with the discount we got and free dessert it was good value for money!

9.5/10The food was delicious and beautifully plated. but the best part about the dining experience was the staff. They were so courteous and helpful and warm. We visited for lunch on a Saturday. I rate this place 4/5 only because I felt the servings were a bit small.

the restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere, super friendly and welcoming staff and gorgeous decorations including fake flowers on the ceiling. the food was presented beautifully and was reasonably priced. the only downside was that i went with a friend and i recieved my food around 15 minutes before he recieved his. by the time the other plate arrived my food was cold. apart from that was a lovely place for a lunch. thank you so much !

10/10I always love going for sushi at Intoku. Sushi is so freshly made and very very delicious. I always recommend it to my friends. You can tell the chef is passionate about creating the dishes.

The restaurant was very empty at peak lunchtime for our booking, which was surprising. It took a while to get served and the food took quite a long time to arrive. The food itself was tasty but the portions are quite small for the money charged. The salmon teriyaki is four thin slices of salmon and bowl’s worth of rice, accompanied by some soy sauce. The dish needs more salmon and could do with a vegetable or two to balance the plate out. The katsu stack is interesting but lacks moisture. They’ve poured maple syrup onto a waffle and sandwiched it between thin pieces of katsu friend chicken, accompanied by a boiled egg and some slivers of mooli. The dish needs a sauce of some kind as the maple syrup doesn’t cut it alone. Again, the dish was quite small on substance.

Dear Sir, Thank you for the review, we would like to apologize for the experience you had with us, rest assured this is now being dealt with in a positive way to ensure we learn from your review, However, Our restaurant has recently opened a family-run business thriving its best to provide the best experience to its guest, we find this review quite beyond unconventional because our colleagues DID reassure you during your stay and asked you if how's everything with your food and you have said that everything is okay, the only occasion we might did a mistake was when we forgot the 20% off the bill given to you via theFork and we did deduct them up straightway less than a minute of you waiting, We would kindly suggest for the next time kindly inform us ahead if anything you are not happy about so that with that moment we will able to rectify them for you and provide you the best service, To summarise the Facts there was already 3 table before your visit that we served and we served all our food freshly made.
