10/10Lovely Mezze and great meat dishes. Very good homemade ice cream for dessert. Have been many times and is always a good experience. Very helpful and attentive staff.

+3The food here was mind blowing. Mix grill was so lovely. Every bit was delicious. Portion was very generous. The complementary bread basket and olives and hummus was a lovely touch. Great to have whilst waiting for your food. I’ve already booked to go again to this place next week. The meat was not dry a me and so much flavour. The service was really good was nice to see how smoothly it was going and how the waitress was bringing the food and putting it on the table with so much care. She was super attentive. Gave us recommendations when we asked for it. Food options were great. Decor a me lighting awesome. Service was fast. Got some very well presented desserts too. Got complementary Turkish delights in a cute little box when we were leaving. Restaurant is well located a few minutes from Baker Street station. We all agreed the dining experience was so good that we’d all go back again.

10/10We live in Warwickshire, so this restaurant is not local to us,However we first visited two years ago (my 80th birthday) and enjoyed it so much we returned yesterday for dinner. This was our first visit to London since my birthday!

9/10The food was excellent, and the prices weren't too high. However, I do think the portions could have been a bit bigger. The service was excellent and prompt. The food came out quickly and the staff was very polite.

The food was good, however, the staff and service was horrible. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, the service was seriously lacking. The server was extremely rude and didn’t even smile once when we asked her to elaborate on a dish. Plus the manager wasn’t much nicer either. The server was walking up and down our table THE ENTIRE TIME, which made eating very uncomfortable when someone is staring at you. I then asked her if all is okay? And we let her know if we need her. She still walked up and down our table and was weird the whole time. Very disappointing, rude staff.

10/10I introduced my husband and 2 friends to Ishtar in Crawford St as I had been there a few months back and was very impressed. Well we were all very happy with the delicious food , service and ambience ! Our friends said they would definitely go back. The dishes were beautifully presented making it not just a culinary delight, but a visual one too. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

10/10We wanted a surprise dinner for my mum in remission. Staff were incredibly kind and helped us set up and decorate. Food was amazing, music was great. Really enjoyable night. Thank you!

7/10The food is not as good as it used to be. Food was being delivered cold and the accompanying veg cold and not properly chargrilled. The starter prawns, shepherds salad and prawn risotto were especially disappointing.

10/10First visit and could not have had a more lovely time at Ishtar. The food is truly delicious and plentiful, the service exemplary - all the staff are so friendly, including the chefs in the open kitchen. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. 10/10. Massively recommend.

10/10We came back to the restaurant for the second time, after a friend’s wedding reception dinner, and it was even better. I’m a huge fan of Turkish cuisine and it’s difficult to find an authentic Turkish restaurant in London that has both a pleasant ambiance and good food. Ishtar has both. Perfectly seasoned meals, fresh, delicious food and amazing customer service. Alkim made us feel like we were back in the beautiful city of Istanbul

8/10Service was excellent. Unfortunately, the menu had changed since my last visit. Seems to have fewer options and flavours were surprisingly bland.
