A first business lunch since lockdown, so a pleasure to find Isolabella open. Service excellent as always. Food good, but not stellar. I asked for my Fegato (liver) to be "pink" but it was rather underdone. Vegetables were excellent. The frito misto (mixed fried seafood) starter was OK but the whitebait did not seem the freshest. My guest's calamari and risotto were both very good, as were his profiteroles and my Tiramisu dessert. So 4 stars overall
The Spaghetti Bolognese meat was burnt and tasted awful and the lasagna was burnt too disappointing for my birthday meal the waiting staff were pleasant.
Booked this restaurant on a whim for myself and my other half after seeing good reviews. The staff were friendly and service was attentive but never too much so. Our food was delicious and it all came out extremely quickly so we were very pleased.
Lovely restaurant The food was excellent and the staff were very attentive would definitely go there again
Great food! Chose the calamari and seafood risotto which were both superb, as was the white wine and service
This restaurant invariably comes up trumps. It serves traditional Italian dishes. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good value for money.
Very poor meal. Pasta was dried, out of the box. Seafood was scarce on the place, but hardly mattered since chili pepper destroyed all other taste. Anyone who thinks that this qualifies as Italian food has never been south of Brighton
