10/10Helena the bar waitress and Pavlina (restaurant waitress) went above and beyond to make our 9th wedding anniversary extra special! We love coming back to Ishoo for special occasions. Such great ambience, music, polite and welcoming staff. 5* service in Leeds! Food is exceptional too.

6/10Dont book a table for a late time. I booked a table for 9pm on a saturday and don't recommend this. First problem, our drinks order was forgotten and it was only when we had food arriving that I queried the drinks to find out they hadnt even been ordered. Second. It appears that closing the kitchen is more important than the customer. After ordering our food we were approached later (with two dishes outstanding) and asked if we still wanted our food because the kitchen was closing. Of course, I did, thats why I ordered it. Then to be told that I could order desserts any time made me wonder how if the kitchen was closing. Expected more. Why have the ability to book a table after 9 if you are going to rush the customer just because the kitchen needs to close. Disappointed,

9.5/10The ambiance, atmosphere and food was banging. I loved the prawn tempura sushi with spicy Mayo. Thought it was cute that they served soya sauce in little tea cups.

8.5/10Food is exceptional at Isho and the service is good. It’s a great restaurant for a special occasion. The atmosphere was. But lacking as there were so few people in there, it was lunchtime so this obviously has a big impact. I do object to a charitable donation, no matter how small, being added automatically to the bill. If I wish to donate to a charity that should be my choice not something I have to opt out of which is obviously designed so you don’t. The same comment regarding service charge. It’s designed so you feel obliged to do so, I would have tipped today as food was great and service good, but again it should be my choice to opt in not face the embarrassment of asking for it to be removed.

8.5/10Brilliant food. Service was a bit of a let down. Between getting the bill and paying, we waited about 13 minutes for staff to get a card machine. They then gave us the wrong bill which caused extra confusion. Our table was potentially too close to the till area as staff kept barging past our chairs in their rush to get to the till.

5/10The sushi has alcohol in it which ruined our night as we are Muslims
