What a lovely little find tucked away off a popular Bedford Street. I would not have known, but this was there if it wasn’t for the fork however their tick-tock special was absolutely amazing and recommended by the welcoming and lovely staff member.

Situated in a town full of Italian ex-pats, it's hard to try and plough an original furrow when starting an Italian café/restaurant, but Ivano's has. His food is very faithful to his Neapolitan roots. The pizza I had, which was covered with Fennell Sausage and Wild Broccoli was served on a base that was neither too thin (like a Romano pizza) or too stodgy like a Chicago Pizza. It was an excellent and a bargain as well. As the cafe is situated in an arcade of different traders the ambience isn't really under their control. I would love to see what Ivano came up with if he had his own premises, but then I suppose the prices would go up!!

Hidden Italian gem in Bedford with authentic pizza or sandwiches to die for! Amazing quality and service with a smile. Would highly recommend to friend&family and left with a full belly and takeaway as couldn’t finish the delicious sandwich. Generous portions, excellent value for money, freshly prepared in front of you by the chef himself and cooked to perfection. The dough was so light; tasty and steaming hot. Loved this place because it had a really cosy feel and the staff couldn’t have been nicer, welcoming and hospitable. Really took care to make sure my order was accurate and made sure we were all well looked after. Cannot rave enough about the food and this has become my new fav pizza place…5 star rating well deserved and will most definitely be back! :)
