3.5/10Depending on the day and who is on shift: you will either receive a very warm friendly welcome or sadly service that is lacking in customer care, there are two managers: one who is very welcoming and very honest about the need for training with the staff, the other manager is sadly defensive, unkind and unwilling to listen to customers; head office please offer up to date training for your staff, we have witnessed your staff being rude and unkind to paying customers and we were so concerned that the manager was so unwilling to have a discussion and listen to feed back, thank you
