8/10Lively restaurant, staff great . Starters were good , mains not so , steak asked for medium and was nearly raw on the inside of both our steaks and also the prawns that we had we hard and rubbery. Sides were lovely especially the chips and mash . Saw a few servers when delivering the food wait to see if the steak was cooked to their preference , we didn’t get that or even asked if the food was ok !!

9.5/10The food is always good at JW Steakhouse. Thanksgiving food is even better and there is plenty of delicious variety. The staff are always friendly and positive. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

10/10We visit JW Steakhouse every time we are in London. The food and the service never disappoint! As Americans living in the UK, it's lovely to be able to have classic American dishes, prepared very well.

4/10From the time we ordered to actually getting our food took well over an hour.and a half. The wait staff were nowhere to be seen and when one would appear they basically would lie about the timing - “kept saying your food will be right out” but it took forever. Also my medium steak was rare but by then I didn’tbwant to send it back because the meal was taking so long.

7.5/10One of my favourite restaurant and I have been quite a few times this year however last week the steak wasn’t the best. Cooked right but not charred, didn’t have flavour and was quite chewy.

6.5/10We were looking so forward to this dinner with our two older grandchildren. We arrived at 7:30 , ordered fairly quickly, didn’t get our cocktails until after our “starters”, and our meal was served exactly 2 hours after ordering. I think our entire mean should have been comped but since we enjoyed the food ok after finally arriving, I said nothing. Our waiter had to be signaled several times for refills and to check on our delayed meal. Also, I did not get the grilled shrimp which I ordered but the shrimp cocktail! The meal was a complete disaster! And the waiter knew too!

9/10The restaurant was superb and staff excellent the only negative I have was my husband’s burger was a bit dry. Don’t order that or make sure you ask before if they can make your burger juicy.

9/10The food was exceptional. My friend’s crab soup was delicious, as was my filet. The desserts were also amazing, particularly the cheesecake. The only letdown of our experience was the service. Our waiter disappeared for far too long to refill drinks and our dishes after each course sat for a very long time before being taken away. The service staff was very polite.

10/10Whenever we're in London and craving a good American steak, we head to this place. The food is always excellent and the service is terrific. We particularly like the ribeye and the wedge salad.

10/10As Americans living in the UK, we get a craving for some good American style steaks every so often. This restaurant ticks all the boxes! Fab wedge salads and rolls, followed by fantastic steaks. Will go back for sure. ????

4.5/10Mu husband chose the Porterhouse Steak, which wasn't cheap but found it to be flavourless which was extremely disappointing. We also felt it was overpriced for the quality of the food which was very disappointing as we chose to eat here as it had been recommended as one of the top 10 steak restaurants in London and were really looking forward to the experience.

2/10Service was awful and so was the food. Pretty sure because it was on park they thought they were great but really wasn’t. I saw a rat run across and after telling the staff about they walked away. I am utterly appalled about this & refuse to ever go again.

9/10I have booked this place for Birthday celebration. The food was excellent! Could not fault it ....What I would expect for that high end price, so affordable on special occasions, unless you are loaded :-). We have had a good quality NY steaks, which frankly could be prepared at home ( as I am a great cook), but wanted to go somewhere special as well as wanted my son for the first time to taste oysters . Service/attention to guests however needs to be shaken up a bit. The staff is bored from working years at the same place and loosing an attention to important details, which is essential for guests and completes an ambiance....and I have no idea how managers do not see this. So for that I would not go there again. I do not expect in place like this ( or as a matter of fact in any restaurant or even bistro), asking for napkins, spoon for sauce, dispersing bread plates at the table myself... and wine glasses were not sparkly clean...Have worked in hospitality about 20 years back and it is sad to see how standards of service are going down....
